    Got to be easier than crotch rocket in Banshee (DUMB). Just get motor set side to side for sprocket and as close to same relative posistion as yfz. fab mounts and weld. Other than only roller I've seen they wanted like $2000.

    Snopczynski, do you have any knowledge/experience in modifing the stock exhaust? Saw someone talking about gutting them and maybe other mods. Just wondering, got a set that aren't doing anything, something to play round with.

    Yeah, check your adjustment first before you plunk down $$. Have you changed trans fluid lately?

    Silly imperfect humans, ALL mechanical components are prone to failure !! To quote Forest Gump " It happens "

    Air cleaner clean? Could be float level/ bad / stuck float needles.

    Angled part of slide (cut away) faces the air cleaner. There should be idle screw on both carbs, is there a whole for it on other carb? Don't forget choke tube that connects both carbs.

    Welcome BC . I didn't respond before because I thought maybe it was "Savage420" spoofing the site. Very knowledgeable guy, as are a lot on this site. Use the search function as much as possible , read a lot of threads , then post a question. Of course anyone that has hopped-up chainsaws .................

    So what makes a lousey mechanic? One who asks a question (no matter how stupid) , or goes about it w/ or wo/ a manual and possibly fubar something? So where do I fit in? Only in a perfect world ..........................

    Very nice looking job you did !! These frames are a PIA to paint. To many inside and obstructed areas. Just got done doing my son's albeit with rustoleum type paint. Had the paint and kinda broke lol. In retrospect rather used auto paint to be able to use slow reducer, learned that from doing drag bike frame, three step , base ,color , clear.

    Could possibly be plug caps going bad , may be try cutting little off wires and re-attach caps.

    X-2 on grounds and wires. Check to see if pick-up coil is gapped corect , might have come loose. Also check plug wires and caps. Check key/kill switch for function. Your results may vary.
