  3. if your down to 90 psi its definately time for topend to be redone. if you dont you are asking for trouble and its gonna cost you lots of money. anything below 105 is always been my rule of thumb
  4. i agree with loco,these ohtsus are the only tire i've ran on my last 2 banshees. just make sure you run them at 3-4 psi,they hook great.....
  5. if you ride in the dunes you definately want to get a dune port on that motor,around $350. from what i gather,,,toomey t6's are best on a more or less stock motor. if you plan on porting or modifying you may want to consider a pipe change,,,,,,
  6. im gonna pull one of the shocks tomorrow,,,,i would think it would drop some after pulling the shock.if i can get it to bolt up i would think it would be ok,,,,no???????
  7. i have an 87 j arm front end,,,,eye to eye my stock shocks measure roughly 13 3/4-14 inches..im lookin at some works shocks and they measure 14 3/4 inches. will they bolt up or what?
  8. you may want to pull the carbs and give them a good cleaning,,,if there was mud all over the filters you more than likely got some dirt and or water in them

  13. if u have a 4mil with some porting and are running stock carbs you are chocking the shit outta that motor,,try some 35 pwk's,,,you will be happy with the outcome
  14. thats all that was done was the top end,,,nothing else was touched? and for a fresh top end your compression should be like around 130 on both sides
  15. first off,,,how much oil did you put in it?,you didnt notice any puddles,,,lol. and when you finally did see the oil, if it was milky u are definately getting coolant in there

  18. i would def. go with cpi's or shearers,,,oh ya,,,fmf power core 2 are the silencers,,,what ar the actual pipes,,,,fmf fattys,,,,,gnarleys????? the fattys would be better than the gnarleys i believe,,,but they are a low-mid pipe,,,with a 4mill your gonna need some pipes to pull more towards the top
  19. with your mods you are restricting that motor big time running them stock carbs,,,,35's would be a good choice if u ever plan on a 4mill,,,othedrwise 33's would be great also

  21. did you clean up the old t5's? u said u were lookin to get stock pipes awhile back i think. clean up the t5's instead of stockers and it will b fast enough u wont have to do anyhthing to it for awhile,,,it will be pleny fast anough for her,,,,lol

  23. i just drilled holes and cut the stock plastic netting off,clamped the filter on and she holds great,,also weather striped it,,,saved me $15 or whatever the adaptewrs are
