  1. Thanks i will check into them.....do you know our bolt pattern?
  2. It is for the full set of 4 brand new. Very nice polished 5 spoke alum. Didn try to get into the deep mud LOL. It didnt look to bad until i tried to ride the ruts and the Texs Soup just sucked me right down into the crap LOL. I will check the link you sent thanks for that.
  3. Well, took the Banshe out this past weekend for the big test. Shee ran absolutely perfect all day (5-6 hours) besides stopping to shoot the sh#t with other riders. The only issue that ended the day was an exhaust hanger broke and ended the day. Shee never stalled once except when the wife dumped the clutch with no throttle but other than that i am HOOKED. Now my question, the area we were riding is a mixture of terrain hard dirt / sand / and very very deep mud ( i actually got very stuck in the mud) I have to get new tires what is the best all around terrain tire for these areas i will be in and what is the banshee's rim bolt pattern??? i found a great deal locally for brand new take off rims and tires for 300 but they are from a polaris pattern is 4x 156.? Let me know because i do not want to loose this deal if they will fit.
  4. yeah carb are the way they should be, yes the connecting tube is there. |How would i do a plug chop?
  5. Ok so I have a new rebuild .60 over stock head stock pipes, v force reeds, boost bottle. Here is the problem; it took me forever to get the carbs right ( idle) now the only way to start it is to use a little spray of eather. After that Shee will start and run perfect all day as long if dont let it sit and cool down. While it is running power is all there hits power band when it should,(i am 190 lbs and the front end wants to come up in 1 2 3 gear) and no dead spots or sputtering through the entire RPM range. My choke plunger will not work at all; could this be the issue? I am stumpped. I am supposed to go for the maiden voyage ride next weekend and do not want to have to carry a can of spray with me the whole time. or worse yet have to get towed out by a |Kawasaki LOL. Thanks guys. Oh stock carbs and k-n filters, I am also at sea level.
  6. Ok quick question, is it possible......or has anyone had the problem of the tors system affecting only one carb???? I have spark on right side brand new build with about an hour of heat cycles and a burn up and down the street then it stopped running on right cycl. if i spray a little bit of either in it will run on both??????compression is good on both sides. carbs taken apart and cleaned perfectly. The only thing i can think of is the tors, or my throtle adjustment? Any feed back would be great.
  7. that is what i was thinking........any ideas on the carb? it has got to be the jet because worked with spray guees i will rip it apart friday night. as always thanks guys
  8. for what puttin a stroke in a banshee? if so you can do anything with money and time..... i ahve seen a few videos of Honda cbr motors in banshee's i also saw one of a suzuki hyubusa in banshee.....just time and money
  9. Yeah Hang on LOL.....just kidding. If you have never ridden a 2 stroke the power band could take you for a surprise!!!!! I dont know if you know about the differance of 2 and 4 strokes but if the largest you have ridden is a honda 90....be carful your first time out until you get used to the banshee. I am also new to the banshee but i have had a have ridden plenty of other 2 strokes. The easiest way to describe a 2 stroke powerband is that it is kinda like a turbo on a car not much down low but when you get into mid to upper rpm's ( the power band)the power kicks in all at once. Good luck! and have fun
  10. Any Ideas?
  11. Ok guys here is my problem....... basically a new motor, fired right up after sitting for 2 weekes after i did the intial heat cycles and slow ride down the street. seemed to run ok. let it warm up pulled in clutch went to put in gear and POP. stalled out WTF..... put in neutral and it satarted right up. Now the clutch lever just flops around. The cable itself is ok and the arm and spring on top of the motor are ok. i let it cool down stated it up and cletch seemed fine drove it down the streetpulled front off the grond in 1 2 and 3. lthen it went loose again. I have not pulled the cover yet kinda afarid to any ideas of what to expect when i pull it off...... i am kinda thinking the rod lock bolt came loose. also after trying to get the carbs 100% synced i noticed it started running on only the left carb. yes the right side has full spark...... when running i shot the right filter with a little either and ran on both cylinders!!!!! i suspect the right carb has a clogged jet has any one had this issue. and does any on e have a single carb set up for sale????????? I HATE DUAL CARBS thanks
  12. Ok guys, i am new to the banshee esp the twin carb. When i finished the assembly. It started on the second kick ( on complete rebuild )The weather here in texas has been a little cool. and damp the last few days. Shee has been very hard to start.... ( choke knob will not stay out ) anyway if i spray just a little either with top end lube on the K&N,s it will fire right up. Then after that it will start all day long on the first kick. It is just the initial start up after it has been sitting and cold. Is this a fuel/carb issue or maybe choke issue.
  13. $155 shipped
