my idle screws on my pwk 28's are not plastic,,,maybe they have switched recently or something

this happened to me once,,,i was adjusting the idle screw on my left carb(keihins) and tweaked the throttle cable a bit,,,fired it up and shee was wide open,,,just make sure your cables have not been pulled out a little bit,the slides wnt look like they are open bit shee will be revving like a bitch. just moved my cable back and shee was fine!

if your gonna keep the bike mostly stock,,,t6's are a good choice,,,if you plan on porting and carbs, reeds, adjustable timing plate,,coolhead,,etc. toomey t5's respond much better to higher mods,,,i'd go with the t5's personally,,,,i run klotz super techniplate,,burns clean,,,doesnt smoke and smells super great,,,i also ran belray for many years without ever loosing a topend

i agree man,,,on top of the manual sucking, they sent me the wrong shit. if i would have gotton both snap rings and not some extra spacer it would have been easier to figure out without there little instruction sheet,,,,lmao

ya i figured as much,,,they sent me some small spacer(other than the larger one for brake hub) and i was like what the hells this shit? well i called rmatv and they are sending me another one,,,,gotta wait longer i guess

just recieved my g-force axle for the shee,,,question is,,,,is it supposed to come with 2 c-clips, one for the sprocket side and one for the brake hub side??? i only recieved one

oh ya,,,as far as the oil where the pipes connect,,,there is an oring in each pipe,,,they prolly need to be replaced,,,,,

ya,,,j b weld will not hold up to gas,,,it will work on your cases tho for a quick fix if you ever crack it. cant remember what the floats are supposed to be set at.

also,,,if you ever decide to buy new rims,,,,make sure you order the right ones. being you have an 89-90 model,,,the hubs are a different size,,,they are 4/156,,,i believe 89-90 are the only years to use this bolt pattern,,,,all other years are 4/115,,,if you ever buy new rims just get the 4/115 bolt pattern and buy some new hubs,,,they are cheap

sorry....i just read your other post,,,they are stock pipes,,,if you are gonna run her without a lid on the air box u may want to bump up your mains a bit,,,shee may run a bit better for you. also,,,you may as well pick up a set of pipes for her before u rejet for the no lid on airbox i suggested,,,cause your just gonna have to rejet again when u put some decent pipes on,,,u will be amazed at the power increase when u add just pipes and rejet her,,,you may also bump your pilot up to 27.5 when you add the pipes and you will be going up quit a bit on the main..you do have some work on that thing but for $400 wth.......

what are your mods on the bike? usually a bone stock banshee with stock pipes and everything run a 200 main,,,if you have aftermarket pipes your jetting is waaaay off. even u run it with the air box lid off you are gonna have to rejet,,,tell us your mods

go to babbitts online.com,,,they will have every stock banshee part available,,,be prepared to pay though
