The few things I would consider is, Timing Plate Bigger Carbs Different Pipes/CPI,Shearer... (i dont have much experience with fmf's)

I would buy atleast a 116 link. You may have to take a few links off but better do that than have a chain too small. Just to give you an idea, for my Stellar +4 I bought a 120 link and had to take a few links off.

I ride 100% dunes and still run front brakes with no issues...I like to be able to stop quick if needed.

First thing I would do is check the carb sync. Make sure both slides are opening up and the same time

I worked in the tire business for almost five years(sales and service)......alot of atv and bias ply trailer tires come like that from the manufacturer. I know its a pain in the ass, and I would always hate dealing with tires when they come that way. If you have access to one, I would always use a tire spreader machine to pull them apart. If not any decent tire shop will have this machine(same machine they use to hold the tire while they do a flat repair). Now those beads will have to be spread apart to be mounted -ZACH

Yeah any site sponsor will do an awesome job for you. If you want it ported and your crank welded, you can send the builder your cylinders and crank....you don't need to ship them your whole motor unless you'd feel more comfortable with them doing everything. You will just have to split your cases to pull your crank.

Stellar is the ONLY way to go IMO. Tim is a great guy and builds top notch products He built my +4 swingarm, and I will be having him build me some +2 a-arms soon.

Honestly it's the luck of the draw with crank failure. I've seen banshee's with pipes and filters have the crank come apart, and I've seen ported banshee's not have an issue. I had mine welded for the piece of mind, and IMO is well worth it. So to answer your question, do you "need" it welded.....probably not. Will you have issues....you never know until it's too late -Zach

I had Wildcard Racing do an aggressive dune port on my stock stroke and this thing rips. For piece of mind I had them weld my crank as well. I don't have much experience with T-6's but I've heard they run best with stock porting. The best thing to do would be call a builder and talk to them

Well said. A correctly put together 4mil will have a way broader power curve than a stock stroke. My suggestion would be to hit up a site sponsor and have them set your motor up....best to leave it to the experts IMO.

I've always ran stock pilots on my banshee with no issues. I don't really know if it makes a difference, but I ride at 5,000 feet above sea level....... Never had much of an issue. I've thought about changing to a 27.5, but didn't want to be too rich

Have you tried heat? You may end up having to cut it. If you damage your stock swingarm let me know, I have a like new stocker off my 06SE.

Yeah I've heard people having major issues getting these out. Mine slid right out no problem at all. If its an older bike, yeah you may have to beat the shit out of it. I've even heard people cutting out

Not sure how prices are there. But if your willing to make the drive to Utah there are some really really good deals on banshee's here.

Use the search engine on the top right of this site. You will seriously find hundreds of "what kind of pipes should I get" topics. IMHO, alot depends on what your looking for out of your banshee, and what kind of riding you do. I ride 100% dunes on my ported stock stroke and love my CPI In frames
