X2 on a few heat cycle's then re-torque head. Run a tank of gas through it and you'll be good.
I've always ran Klotz at 40:1, but 32:1 good too. Never ran the straight Klotz Benol though.
Any sponsor on here will do a kick ass job. Call around and get some prices and a feel for who you want to have do it.

Your going to get tons of different answers.....If I was running a trail bike I would have to have Pro Circuits hands down. Great low to mid pipe, but they pull awesome on top too.
Having the crank trued and welded would be one of the first things I would do. It is the luck of the draw...some cranks let go and some last forever with no issues. I've seen banshee's with only pipes and filters have a crank come apart. So for the piece of mind its well worth it IMHO.
