  2. I have had 3 straight K and S head gaskets fail on me,brand new right out of the pack.
  3. FOr the money you would spend on a 421 cub you could build a stock cylinder 4mil monster!
  4. I had a bike that ran pump with 20cc domes,and i had a bike that needed 100 octane with 21cc domes,
  5. THe long rod will actually add 0.00 hp and you might be able to stretch 0.00 more torque out of it. SHort rod 4mil will work fine but with the added stroke it will cause more side to side load so if you can run a long rod for the same price i would. I actualy have never seen a short rod 4mil crank for sale but im sure they are out there. THe only thing i HATE about running long rods is less piston size choices
  6. removing the tors is a good idea but its not your problem with hesitating,i mean if its super loose yeah it could cause a problem. IF your air screws are out 2 and 1/2 turns try setting them at 1 and 1/2 turns out.

  8. Banshees are not as reliable as modern fourstrokes. Way easier to work on though. However if you REALLY stay on top of banshee maintenance,and never ride it when its not 100% functional,you can get a banshee motor to hold together just as long as a modern 450. If you maintain both raptors and 300 and 400ex's will last much longer

  16. it looks like you have a 1/2 inch spacer in the intake,is there one there? i was running in frame cpis and 35mm pwk's with pods with no clearance issues.

  21. I have some really nice white stockers with good ball joints,but they will need bushings and hardware,cheap,just shoot me a pm
  22. i cant tell you the float height but i can tell you how i set mine. I remove the bowl,and hold the carb upright and hold the floats closed. I leave a bit of fuel line on and fill it up with carb cleaner,then i slowly let the floats down. The gas should start coming through the valve right after the line on the float passes being even with the bottom of the carb. When the line on the foat is even wit the bottom of the carb,none should come through,but as soon as you open further than that,it should start. this might not be the textbook way but it has always worked fine for my pwk33
