  1. Got her back together and it starts but as soon as it starts its just balls to the wall full throttle on its own
  2. This is where its leaking oil from if that helps.
  3. Got everything back together and now its leaking oil bad from the casing on the left where the shifter is? Any ideas.
  4. Whats a leak down and I'm borrowing the right torque wrench off my brother in law to do it tomorrow night.
  5. Hey everybody it calls for 22 foot lbs on the head nuts. Is that exact. Can I get away with say 17 or 18? That's the highest my torque wrench goes to.
  6. Does this black need removed before head gasket is replaced. Soaked in paint thinner and cleaned off everything else its not solid more like a stain.
  7. It was the head gasket. Caught it just in time. Thanks everybody for the help. You can see where it went on both sides.
  8. Thanks gravel. The more I read about it the more I wanna believe it is the head gasket
  9. I can't figure it out. Now every time I drive it the coolant is boiling over and just pissing everywhere not even hitting water, just fields and pits. Nothing but problems
  10. I just like to be able to trail ride my bikes and sometimes after a lot of rain there is water lying in the trails. What kind of four wheeler can't drive through a puddle without fucking up.
  11. OK thanks everyone for the input. I bought the bike with a airbox mod so I might buy a stock box and slap it on.
  12. So they all do this then, there's no driving them unless there is no water involved. Sand or dry trails only. No fixing this
  13. Have a 2004 Banshee and am having the same problem that I hear a lot of other people have with them. Everytime I hit any water at all the bike will start screaming wide open throttle and puke all of its coolant out of the radiator. I have been told so many different things that I am looking for a straight forward answer. Some people tell me the rad is no good and has a hole some say it is suppose to do that when it overheats or that my airbox is taking in water. Can someone point me in the correct direction as to how to fix this. Thank you in advance and sorry if this topic has been covered many times before.
  14. I only got two 0 rings and 4 springs with the FMF kit I bought and they couldn't fit in the pipe and they just slipped on the cylinder so I don't know where else they would go. I have gold series on my bike.
