  4. gasket is good just did a rebuild and no brown smoke the antifreeze is coming out the hose there not being burn....or smoking funny or anything like that idk im gessing its the impeller i had to work on my moms car today so i didnt get around to it
  5. nope hes right .... but anyhow all my lines are on right my cap is good ... and me carbs a spotless just cleaned them only change i made is went from a 25 pilot to a 27.5 would that change my main seem to be runnig rly good now with the new pilots but it keeps over heating i dont think its lean im getting a desent amount of smoke and i already have 310 mains at 800-1000ft i dont see y pilots would do that.... but maybe its posible that changing the pilots messed up my mains idk im gunna check the impeller later today

  7. the is a small hose that comes down buy the ratiator on the left side it you are standing at the front i think its a overflow but anyhow my quad started randomly overheating and i cant figure out y
  8. ok i asure u the clutch plates r brand new and there is about a 1/4 inch wiggle in the lever and the hd springs are brand new so i will try the 80w oil and see what happens idk what kind of plates they r but if the oil doesnt work i will try new plates then maybe a new basket/pressure plate .... it only slips like into 5th and sixth other than that its ok

  11. i did do a search and i didnt find anything do u have a link to a good thread ..... also what would u recomend to me i am running brand new plates and all six brand new HD springs with sea 10w30 and my clutch is ajusted so there is no pressure on the push rod ....(1/8) wiggle in the lever. and it still gives in the higher gears also .... i plan on porting and going to a 4mill as soon as i have the money..... as for the pancake barring ok so u say i need one thats a plus but what do they do

  13. HD clutch springs some ppl say just use 3 but i used all six idk up to u and maybe new friction plates
  14. yeah jbweld would probly hold up as long as its air tight with the gasket i think u will b fine

  16. one time i was haulin ass thru this cristmass tree feild and theres roads in there well i was haulin ass up this road and then outa nowere bad there was almost like a giant step down well i was in 5th gear and but the time i noticed it i had no time to slow down all i could do was hit the gas and lean back lol the shee bottomed out when i landed but i didnt get hurt or crash .... has to b the furthes i ever jumped my banshee
  17. as long as u could get someone to tig it and its air tight i dont see y it woulldnt work depends on howmuch u paid for it imo
  18. i am hopeing to race mx around were i live next year but my quad is a fixer uper lol and i am trying to have it built up buy next summer so i can mx but anyhow i was wandering if longtravel a-arms are worth the money bc i was just going to buy some wicked a-arms but what do i guys think longtravel or reg do foget about the mx part
  19. i would just get a set of cases and start frome there if ur gunna redo the hole thing anyhow (crank tranny) u already have the cheetah kit.... i think it would be better that way imo idk about cheeper
  20. i have to sit my tank in there like u have your and wack the back of it and it falls right in ..... the front of mne hits the stering stem
  21. so in tard terms lol..... pilot jet more or less controls your idle and slow moving...... main controls the fuel at about 1/2-and thru powerband .... so like in my case i just ordered a bigger pilot bc my bike idles at like 3g and its lean at idle even tho my plugs r still wet bc when im in powerband its actualy a lil rich but thats the way i like to run my bike a lil rich to b safebut not rich enofe to foul plugs
