there is no theremostat ... once u top it its full no air pockets...... put a bucket under ur impeller plate then remove it and let the coolent overflow into the bucket then kick it over n see if the impeller is turning.... if it is put it back to gether and top off the coolent.... and ride it will b fine and u will kno u if its overheating bc it should drip on ur pipes and make a bunch of smoke :ermm:

haha i dont kno much about porting lol i was just saying they look uneven is than normal also if they are uneven wouldnt that make one side run hotter/colder leaner/richer ... u whould think .... just a ? not trying to start a fight :thumbsup:

yeah i was thinking about buying a set of black lakers but i want more of a flat and i dont rly want to paint but if it doesnt work i will just leave them black

i was thinking about wet sanding a set of black plastic would they come out like a a flat black or is it not worth it

i have my stock head on bc i need to get new o-rings for my coolhead .... no porting 50over on fresh rebuild......yes the choke tube is in....93octane just gunna waite for the o-rings and then see if the other head fixes it

yes everything is connected corectly i think the head it just shit bc its deff not danger area if its lean its only buy maybe one jet size and all gaskets r like 2=3 monthes old bc i just rebuilt

the head could be shit i have my stock one on right now idk how could i tell i have a coolhead but im waiting for the studs and o-rings to come in the mail should i just waite and try that..... looks like the normal smoke to me and no sweet smell and i just put in the impeller it didnt look like there was coolant in the oil i wasnt over full or brown or anything looked like normal old blackish oil

cap is good and making pressure ... the coolant is coming out of the two lil hoses of the left side of radiator witch one goes down to that T shapeed peace buy the impeller and the other goes to the overflow bottle ... the coolant is coming out of one of those hoses or both i checked the head its not leaking, unless its just a junk head... i got a new gasket and re torqued the head to 10, 20, then 22 ft lbs like the previoulsly tould me to do and put in a pro des. impeller i would think it would almost have to be jetting the first time i noticed it what coming out of the overflow line the rad was half emty .... now its only like a 1 inch low ... were about is the happy place? i only rode around for about a hour im at about 800ft and its resently has gottin about 20 degs warmer when i got the shee it was winters so should i try the 320..... sry about the 315 lol

so i posted a weak ago about my banshee over heating .... i retorqued the head and installed a pro des. impeller and its still doing it i loose about a inch of antifreeze per hour it on a lil more i have 310 mains should i try a 315-320 ??? im gessin this is my next step alltho my plugs look perfect to me i gess it could b a lil lean ... what else to do and what size do u think i should try???

haha my buddy that took me to pick up my banshee when i first bought it has a s-10 with a toolbox in it and we put the front wheels on the toolbox and straped it in looked like it was doing a wheelie the hole way home lol
