  1. I got a 2001, I was wondering if I got a 2" sway bar if it would still handle good on the trails. I plan on doing some draggin as well, that is why I am considering getting it. Any input is appreciated. Thanks
  2. I really can't get pics too easily. Can't somebody give me a ballpark range without pics? I looked it up on blue book and they said around 2800.00. Is that close?
  3. I have a 2001 yami banshee with fatty pipes, power core 2's, v force 3 reeds, wiseco pistons, new tires nice plastic, good shape otherwise. Exhaust has some rust but it is just on the surface. I was just wondering what a ballpark figure it would be worth? Thansk alot!!
  4. Well, I bought 4 very slightly used chains from a local guy that races at the track here. I only paid $10 a piece for them so I got all four. 2 are o-ring style and 2 are not. I guess I wil run the o-ring and keep the others for spares.
  5. Thanks alot guys!! Like I said I am just starting to ride my banshee, I've only owned it for a month now. So you want me to oil it every time I ride or what? What oil do I use? When I drag it on grass at the local track should I switch it out to the non-o ring chain I have? Or will it nor matter too much?
  6. So the O-rings chains are good for trail riding, will I have to oil my chain and if so how often? How about when I drag it, should I switch to the non-O-ring chain? I wasn't really ordering it from Dennis Kirk, just checking out prices. Thanks for the web-site!!
  7. I just realized that I got one of those boost bottles on my banshee, was there when I bought it. How do I take it off, do I have to plug the holes the on the intake boots? Thanks alot!!
  8. I was looking at getting a new chain for my banshee and when I opened up my dennis kirk catalog I found a few differant styles. Can someone please explain to me the differant styles of chains, what makes them differant and what the differant styles are desinged for. I mostly trail ride but I will be going to a few drags this summer. Thanks in advance!!
  9. Wel I tok er put to the lake this saterday and had so much fun I had to go back sunday. The oil I ran was the amsiol saber 100:1. I mixed it at 50:1. Is that what I shouild stick with even in the summer?
  10. Ok, I ran it when it was around 30 before and it ran good. I guess I will run it at 50:1, it is the interceptor oil, I will make sure to check the plugs too:)
  11. So does anyone know about my jetting then?
  12. I just got off the phone with ht e local dealer and he told me to run 32:1 with amsiol on my bike. Now it is going to be in the mid 20's tomorrow and I want to take it out to the lake to try out the ice tires I got. Can I just slim down on the oil a bit instead of re-jetting? Mabee if I went down to 25:1 or so? Just wondering.
  13. I really don't know. I will tryu to check my jetting. So once I have it jetted I can adjust the jetting acording to the outside temp by adjusting my oil ratio? I will check the jetting and we can go from there. I got my studs put in and want to take it out to the lake.
  14. thanks again. I think i'll tick to the amsoil until I run out. What ratio should I run?
  15. Thanks for the great info guys!! anything else will be greatly appreciated!!!
