I know its good fun but I offered you money for the shirts already, and said that they wouldn't allow me to wear it. It wont air until next season I think. I don't follow the show much but I remember someone telling me November, and another saying after Christmas...so I'll have to clarify that once I can. They only took 2 shots of me on my quad so I'd be pretty disappointed if they didn't show when I said my banshee was ported by bansheehq. Funny thing is the day after they filmed I lost my ground and started getting shocked every time I touched the cool head. . I think I might send my motor out to have some shift mods done and my wiring harness fixed. Its really really messy.

Can't be worth much considering the entire thing is rusted solid from what you can see in the pictures. Same thing happened to my buddies kx125 and the stator, flywheel, and clutch is in good shape. Maybe you'll have better luck selling parts if you split the cases. Just my opinion.

Yup yup the subframe is removable. The frame is rock solid so it just torqued the subframe when my buddy crashed. Nothing is missing, but water got into the carb and into the bottom end when it sat, causing it to rust pretty badly. I haven't split the cases so I can't say how bad the damage really is, but the crank does not spin freely, or much at all for that matter. So like I said everything is there and salvageable except for a few parts in the bottom end, subframe, grips, and maybe a few other small things. I'll sell the bottom end for what the cases, stator, flywheel, and clutch + covers are worth used.

Did you tear it apart, remove tors, then put it back together? Thats what I did and I accidentally cut a wire that wouldn't let it rev passed like 1/4 throttle before it backfired bad. Did you cut tors or remove it from the carbs as well. Try to be as descriptive as possible so people can help you out a little more.

Just seeing who is interested before I resort to ebay. I have a 04 kx125 that my friend recently crashed, then let water get into the bottom end. The subframe was trashed, chain and sprockets are shot, but the frame, tires/rims, front and rear brakes, and forks are in good shape. Let me know if you need anything and I can give you a good deal on prices. The bike was not stored in the rain, other than the 2 weeks it sat out when my friends dad put it in the backyard and forgot to weigh down the tarp he covered it with.

The producer said she didn't understand why it was such a big deal to me and I almost told her to shove it. They straight up said they wouldn't go for it, at all. Theres so much legal bullshit to deal with its crazy. But whatever I mean I tried. Hard to make everyone happy

Thanks. Well I said I got my banshee ported by bansheehq so that should definitely air since my garage was the main thing filmed. All bansheehq.com stickers woulda been blurred out and I barely even got my garage cleaned and car washed before we started filming so I had a lot on my mind.

So mtv came yesterday. It was pretty cool in the long run. I'm glad I went through with it. Wasn't able to rock the shirts I wanted but I did talk about my banshee a lot and I'm almost positive of a shot that will be aired. As I was talking about my banshee I said I got it ported from bansheehq. I thought that would be the only way to get the name out without making it out like I was trying to advertise(they would cut that part out if it was too much). Real tired cuz I had some people over last night but i'll give ya guys some more details when I wake up haha.

Yea my neighbor bought my raptor 80 and now has a blaster I guess he's on the blaster forum. He's got a stock pipe so I guess he likes the sound of my pt mids. : P

You will lose top end, but you won't miss it if you stay in the woods. I have one and I like it. Theres tons and tons of people that ask this question though so try to use the search if you get one and need help tuning or have any other questions

Haha I bet it is pretty damn scary. If your still looking for a chasis and haven't gotten one yet look for one thats got cheap parts and a lot of room for an engine. someone else can chime in but aren't there bigger frames than a banshee? Or frames with bigger engines than a banshee.

I think if you could do it for less than what it would cost to build a really nice banshee it would be cool. It would have to be very reliable and something you can just hop on and go. I guess you can't really put a price on something thats one of a kind either though. If it turned out nice you'd probably put more money into it, and if it didn't you'd think you wasted money. All quads are money pits to some degree though

Can't say I didn't try though. She asked me why it was such a big deal and I told her that if it weren't for this site my banshee wouldn't be running right now. She gets it but there in it for the in and out aspect of it. They can't put too much effort in to one show and still make money I guess. Whatever. I can still do a shoutout to the hq, but "if it looks too much like an advertisement or commercial then it won't be aired". Nothing I can do about it

Got my banner today and ran it by the lady again. Now she's telling me about the legality of everything like it might be a pain in the ass. I tried telling her that i'd assume all the site sponsors would be more than willing to sign paperwork to approve it. Since, if i remember correctly, loco owns the site, and every site sponsor is a self ran business. 9 signatures in a month doesn't seem that far out of reach. She's gonna be in touch shortly but i'll be really bummed if they don't let me air the banner. Also got my shirts Alfie, there badass. Thanks again

The only downfall is that you can't replace the ball joints, and there standard travel. I'm not sure but I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't go for more than 450. But then again I don't really know why these are that much better over wickeds or fullflight.

You have NO idea...Your so lucky. Theres nothing like the first time you hit all gears without a sputter on a new build. Your gonna be so happy. You should get front and rear shocks too just to make it that much better haha.

They would be, if the majority of banshee owners didn't own aftermarket. If you think about it, you can't really by 300 dollars worth of mods for your brand new banshee without getting a new set of pipes first. I've never even seen a banshee in person with stock pipes before.
