  1. If you lived in or anywhere near VA I would have ran to your house by now....RIDICULOUS price. You could make 3k no questions asked by parting this but thats just my opinion. Override, lockup, and jugs are almost 1k alone dude.
  2. You claim to know a lot but have a motofast pipe and boost bottle. Regardless of the topic its dumb to argue over who has more knowledge..
  3. You could guess all day the only way to really find out is to tear it apart. Why don't you buy a top end gasket kit for 20-30 bucks, see what you've got, and replace the gaskets while your at it. No more wondering
  4. Bump. Make me a reasonable offer
  5. Getting new tires on black rims for my birthday so these gotta go. Front tires are 21x7-10 and rears are 20x11-16. The front rims have 10x6 stamped on them. The tread is still good and I don't have any trouble getting traction where I ride. I'd say a little over 60% tread left. The front right tire is new. This is the first time i've attempted to ship rims/tires so i'd like to get a few opinions from you guys before I post a shipping price. So right now I'd like to get around $350 plus the ride for these. Let me know what you guys think.
  6. Dibs if the price is right. You've got a message
  7. I'd assume you'd get about 1/4 to 1/2 price. Not that much though. Sucks but nothing else you can do.
  8. This question has already been answered a lot. The main thing that the rz is known for is its powervalves, which create a low end for a banshee (which is pretty unheard of.)Servos are incorporated which helps the low end without taking from the top. Everyone else would have told you to use the search button.
  9. Make sure thats oil smoking and not a broken ring or something that can do damage to your pistons. I'd make sure you either have 190 or 200 in the carbs I wouldnt mix and match. And as for the fouled plugs that sounds like the pilots. If it hits good up top the mains are fine. Down low is where your having your problem.
  10. Take the needles out and put the clips lower on the needle (2nd or 3rd from bottom). That usually helps out a lot. If that doesn't work then you might need a entirely new set of needles. Not too big of a deal though man try not to get too stressed out. My banshee gave me a bunch of tuning problems and impatience and frustration only makes it worse . Good luck let us know if that helped.
  11. When I got my banshee it was already removed, but I removed the one on my z400 and all I had to do was remove the parking brake from next to the clutch and remove the cable. Then put the blocking plate on. The guy above me has the right idea though. (cant see name when writing)I love the look of a clean bike and the parking brake on my z400 was huge. I did have to tie two wires together though but I don't have any idea what it was now that I remember though. .
  12. This thread is spam
  13. I'd like to see a bike of his that was overdone. Jk lol your probably talking about the paint. Nice bike dude. I can't wait till I have the kinda cash to do a build like that all at once instead of just parts here and there
  14. They ended up selling for 230
  15. I think its better to build the track a few inches into the ground and instead of making burms dig out around the turns so you have less track maintenance. I road at a friends house who had the entire track a few inches into the ground and I liked it. It was a little muddy at first though
  16. Instead of running the airbox I just have the filter that is practically brand new. If anyone wanted this carb and wants the filter i'll take the airbox manifold off your hands. . Just an offer I know a lot of people prefer the filter over the box setup.
  17. What is it with some riders and pain killers? The pain gets worse after a while if you fuck with them a lot. My aunt claims she is prescribed 160mg of oxy a day and I haven't seen her walk straight or carry a normal conversation in years.... One every now and then can't kill you though, I understand that
  18. Thats awesome...i'd like to have a poster or shirt of that
  19. Thats whats confusing me the most . There is about 3-4 wires just dangling (none tors) that the previous owner cut, including the one to the key switch. I'll let you guys know when I find out what happened.
  20. I have one. Good advice. Thanks Does anyone have any advice referring to actual instances they had similar to mine?
  21. One of the solders to a wire on the stator was chipped so I soldered it back to where it was. I get power to part of my bike when I kick it over but still no spark. I checked some wires with my power tester (or whatever the f its called) and some worked but like i said no spark. The previous owner also cut and taped a lot of wires and it looks like I might have to clean it up sooner than I had wanted . Any advice on how to see if my stator is whats bad or if I have a loose connection somewhere. It sat for two months max and all i did was a top-end and cut the wire in the previous picture. Thanks
  22. What kind of port? Prices? Pictures? You need that info if you ever want to sell them.
  23. Got everything together today. Was my first top end rebuild on anything and I did it all by myself. I'm pleased with the outcome except for one tiny problem. Now I don't have any spark. I've only done 2 things I think could have caused the problem. I tried taking the flywheel off the other day and I couldn't. A lot of dust and dirt shook around when I was using my impact wrench. My dad tried to help me by using a screwdriver as leverage when i had the impact and I think that may have caused a problem. Another idea is I cut a wire I shouldn't have. I know this might be stupid for me thinking this does anything but heres a picture of what I cut and where I cut it from. I'll post a pic of what the cylinders look like installed as well. Please no bashing for the screwdriver idea or my lack of skill with wiring. Sorry to post in this and my old thread but I wanted to try to get my bike running ASAP
