I weigh 115 broskee...I need a smaller size
-
Got everything together today. Now I don't have any spark. I've only done 2 things I think could have caused the problem. I tried taking the flywheel off the other day and I couldn't. A lot of dust and dirt shook around when I was using my impact wrench. My dad tried to help me by using a screwdriver as leverage when i had the impact and I think that may have caused a problem. Another idea is I cut a wire I shouldn't have. I know this might be stupid for me thinking this does anything but heres a picture of what I cut and where I cut it from. I'll post a pic of what the cylinders look like installed as well  . Please no bashing for the screwdriver idea or my lack of skill with wiring.

Haha i'm waiting for two base gaskets that will be in tomorrow. I just jetted my carb, repacked my silencers, and cleaned my bike multiple times. I've ran out of things to keep me busy now I just gotta wait haha.

Wanted to say thanks to Sheerider1026 for the awesome powder coating job he did for me and the really fast turn around time. I was a little hesitant to go with someone with a little less rep but I gotta say he does a great job and takes his time every time. I will have more parts going to him in the future for sure. Also wanted to say thanks to Herr jugs for the 2 week turnaround time and help with my jetting. I know you guys wanna see pics so I wont keep you waiting.

If you ride through water you want to keep your airbox lid on. Another low cost mod that would help you is a timing plate set at plus 4. They go for around 30-40 dollars. You should also remove your T.o.r.s kit if you haven't already. Removal kits are pretty cheap I think. A 13t sprocket would make you have more power in the woods but would take mph from your top end. A more expensive mod is a cool head and that helps keep your engine cooler and depending on dome size would bump your compression a little giving you a little more power. Reeds help a lot as well and are relatively cheap depending on what you get. Hope this helped.

I finally sent my cylinders out to be powdercoated, bored/honed, and ported and I just got them back. Turn around time for sheerider1026 was about 2 days  and turn around time for kevin was really fast as well. I have almost everything I need (I think) to put it back together and get riding except for two bottom end gaskets where the bottom end meets the cylinders ::. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get these fast or if anyones willing to ship me some priority or maybe a little quicker. I'd pay for the over priced shipping obviously. While i'm figuring this gasket problem out I was also wondering if I should replace the rings on my domes and coolhead because they look like they are in good shape but i'm not sure if I should definitely replace them. Is there anything I can do about this gasket problem or am I just going to have to play the waiting game? Thanks guys I'll try to get pics up later because these cylinders look sick.

So if I just bought a set and had them rebuilt I wouldn't have to worry about anything to get them to work on my wicked +2+1 arms? Like most people I worry about any unwanted stress.

Wow loco you must have a shitload of time on your hands. Not trying to start shit but every time I see a post that MIGHT be questionable you jump in and set everyone straight. It's just funny that you have to act aggressive in a conversation thats just based on personal preference or opinion. Whatever though your not gonna change and I guess thats how this site stays running...somehow

Wearing gloves will give u a second or two before you feel your hand on fire lol. When I installed dmc 916's i had the same problem and burnt my hand permanently. But yea if you physically can't shut it off I dunno

You seem to be getting what you pay for I guess. I ride trails and if i hit something with those I could imagine them wanting to bend. They make the legit spacers that you might be able to find used. I know the front spacers I had sucked though because it makes it feel more bouncy and jerked your arms all the time. Don't take my word for it though i've never used them

who calls their banshee a "shee?"
shogs replied to locogato11283's topic in General Banshee Discussion
Who gives a fuck what you want to call it. Too many people are worried about whats "gay" and what looks the best. The only thing gay about this forum is that people care to much what everyone else thinks. Opinions is one thing but who cares about looks. -
Lol juggrigs i love that sig...just cuz you see it don't mean you can do it....haha

Dibs on these pm sent. Just want a few details  -
If your looking to make a nice all around bike i'd do the following. Pipes, spot on jetting, timing advance to plus 4, cool head with 20-22cc domes depending on your elevation and what not. I'd say 21 or 22 with regular gas. Right there thats about 200-250$ invested since you already have pipes. Those seem to be the basic mods people like to do. Timing is safe and helps with low end, and a cool head keeps it cool and bumps compression a little. A billet impeller wouldn't hurt in the dunes either. Just keep looks out of mind when money is tight.

I know someones got one

I need the piece that goes from the carb to the airbox for the trinity 2-1 35mm carb kit. I will be willing to pay or trade for the filter that goes on it (brand new). Let me know i really need to find one before a puddle finds me

Those aren't too bad. Someone will be able to clean them up a lot. If you don't have any luck selling them clean them up and post more pics. I think $75 is pretty reasonable. Good luck

FAST Racing 350 Alky Cub Dune/Drag bike
shogs replied to 9603banshee's topic in For Sale - Parts & Accessories
That thing looks really clean and it seems like a reasonable price. Good luck selling. -
Why do you say that? I have seen a couple of drag ported 350's run pretty dang hard. I also think that a drag frame isn't really necessary until you go full drag. I would of thought to put money into an override or lockup before throwing money into a frame. I'm sure it will handle extremely nice though. Also I just noticed your running stock cylinders also? As long as its set up nice it would be cool to have the fastest stock cylinder 350.
