  1. I'd just replace stock...or get an aftermarket one!!!
  2. If there's air leaking, there's a leak somewhere...it's just a matter of finding it. Is there a puncture? Is the bead not sealed correctly?
  3. If I were you, I'd do a VForce 3 cage w/ reeds. If not...port your stock cages, and put in new petals. (Cheaper route)
  4. I agree. I bet you're choking the f*ck out of it... and it could get worse depending on what mains you end up running. I'd rip that shit off and throw pods on it...
  5. Air Screw Out = More Air = Leans In = Less Air = Richens I think, lol
  6. I run Razr 2s and love them. Yeah, they are kinda heavy... but I roost and rip like a bat out of hell! I run stock YFZ450 front tires and rims... for $50 for the pair of rims with tires, off a brand new 450, can't beat the price!
  7. That makes sense. I think I'd favor Cheetah over TRex...
  8. Isn't that 635 a 14 mil?
  9. You WANT Tors?
  10. Sticky this shit!! Thanks!!!!!
  11. I'll double check how I put the slides in...but it should be right. (I was running fine modded for 2 weeks.) I should have lubed them before I put them back in (just from having the carbs apart and handling pieces it's prob a bit dry.) That's my own fault. I'll check for the air leak with a propane torch. Boots or reed gasket sounds reasonable enough.
  12. Joke. It looks like hell...and I hate those rear tires... = speed loss.
  13. Everyone knows the boost bottle and aluminum dip stick are what make it so fast.
  14. I have a Pro Design one I have not put on yet, nor have I ever dealt with it... ...but I did see grooves in it for where the Orings go, and I believe you're supposed to grease them. I did a "mock" put together of my head, and it seemed pretty straight forward, and I believe everything was flush (at least the domes were flush w/ the head.)
  15. My bike was all stock, and I took off the TORS, added T5s, K&N Pods, and ported stock cages w/ Boyeseen Carbon Fiber petals. (350 mains, stock needle clip position, stock pilot.) Now, it runs a bit warm. (Although it was before.) But lately, the slides or throttle have been sticking, and it revs high, and one time the kil switch would not kill it. Idk if the plug wires will kill it (so I don't know if it's running off of the heat or what.) I was only out about 5 minutes when it revved high like that. It's also been kind of skipping on one cylinder--but my fuel line is a bit tight, and I have not replaced it yet. I'm hoping lubing the cables, cleaning and lubing the slides, and a new fuel line will fix her up, but anyways; this is what I'm going to check...feel free to throw in your 2 cents. -Lube throttle cables -Check slides for gumming up/etc. (Lube with a bit of premix) -Check for air leaks -Check compression (I know I'm near a rebuild) -Reeds -Still a problem...then head gasket? I will be throwing the coolhead and domes in once I get a timing plate, so if there's any issues with the stock head or gaskets, they will be thrown out soon. And I'm saving for a rebuild from HJR, I just can't get it done right now though.
  16. The cutaways on the slides should face the rear--the nothces on the sides should face their respective side. IE., there's notches in the slides for when you remove the TORS--the left carbs slide should have a notch facing to the left, with the cutaway to the rear. Same goes for the right one.
  17. I agree. You have to be able to check certain things, and do things for us to allow us to "remotely work on your bike." Without enough information, steady communication, things like that---it's going to be impossible for us to help.
  18. Since you drive yours to work, FT Banshee would be the way to go! If I could be road legal, I'd follow the flat track guys.
  19. Are you having overheating problems or something?
  20. Crazy combo @ Australia
  21. I like seeing foreign cars, and what the rest of the world drives. That's pretty damn sweet Cole. How many lbs of boost do you run?
  22. Laugh at them. Tell them not to sell their 400EXs.
  23. I'm looking to ride with some new people. I'm out of Collier County, and I know a few guys are in my area. Does anyone want to ride anytime?
  24. Ok.
  25. Well Oiled + Outerwear + Maintained = Not To Worried I'd be more afraid in dune type sand than the sand we have here.
