Put a wooden broom handle or something similar in the carb and drill right through the side of the carb. The pocket you hit is the side of the carb.
Dont forget to grind a little off the carb where you drilled to allow the screw to go in far enough
open your carbs and look what jets are in there. If it is 220 you are lucky you didn't fry your motor.
Stock motor with K&N with snorkel off and T5's will need 280 to 300 mains
There is no way it could fall out while the wristpin is in the rod. And if it had fallen out it would do some serious damage.

cylinders not ported for a 4mm run the plate under the jugs. If you are ported for a 4mm then there is a plate that goes between the stock head and jugs.
