  1. Try adjusting your gear lever height so that your boot fits better . It sometimes happens if you dont push the lever up high enough while shifting
  2. Besides Savage's hack job, what are we meant to have seen to vote on?
  3. Try 27.5 pilots. What type of airbox setup do you have and what elevation. I used to run 300 mains with K&N with the lid on the airbox at sea level.
  4. Put a wooden broom handle or something similar in the carb and drill right through the side of the carb. The pocket you hit is the side of the carb. Dont forget to grind a little off the carb where you drilled to allow the screw to go in far enough
  5. Do you still have stock pipes. If all you did was put on pods with stock pipes, 300 mains are way too big. You need 220 or 230 mains
  6. open your carbs and look what jets are in there. If it is 220 you are lucky you didn't fry your motor. Stock motor with K&N with snorkel off and T5's will need 280 to 300 mains

  8. Check the fuel screen in the fuel petcock and the breather in the tank cap. If they are blocked up you sometimes get issues with fuel starvation.
  9. I have FMF fattys and use 27.5 pilots. That is the next size up from stock. It will still run with 25's, but may adle a bit rough.
  10. Loose the snorkel. That thing is killing the performance. Your motor is trying to breathe through a 1 inch hole.
  11. I think your best bet is to take it to somebody that does plastic welding.

  13. Is the choke tube in between the carbs, and are the float bowls on the correct carbs.
  14. Choke tube. It goes into jet in the bowl. that is why you cant mix up the carb bowls.
  15. Looks good, but stay away from mud. I cut a spare set in case I did not like it, but now wont go back to stock. Just get a bit dirtier ion the trails.

  22. cylinders not ported for a 4mm run the plate under the jugs. If you are ported for a 4mm then there is a plate that goes between the stock head and jugs. Those look like el-cheapo Namura junk
  23. Open airbox to pods. I dont think you will notice much difference.
