  1. well i live in mississippi and temps here are crazy yesterday it was 50's today 60's and no telling tomorrow i wanna say im 500+above sea level but not really sure so are you saying remove the spacers and put them to the carb side what will this to the motor i thought it would rive the reeds a bit of a twist puttin them to the jug side? well anything will help and ill try this out when i know you get this message so you think i need to go to a 320 or so main jet? thanks again
  2. ok my bad i ment 280 is in there now would it hurt to go to a 290 i was trying to do things at once and as you see it down work and what you mean by you can get down as you increase air flow??

  4. hey was wondering if someone out there can give some info on hogging out the stock reed cages and wondering if i can jet my carbs out to a 190 from a 180 and it not hurt anything upgrades i have done to the bike are bored out to a 64.50 milled head (.020") shaved fmf gnarley pipes and power cores fmf boost bottle and of course the famous air box lid removal reed spacers about a half inch just dont think my bike is running out as good as it was before i fabricated the spacers outta 1/4 inch aluminum took 2 of them and used orange rtv and sealed them together was that a smart move or should i get them welded tgether? any info would help thanks jeff
  5. 2003 yamaha banshee blue no damge all fenders still there none bent none cut semi new tires on front 1/4 inch left on rear or so .50 over on the jugs pro-x pistons .20 milled head new fmf boost bottle 6 months old hand me down fmf gnarley pipes w/ power core 2's jetted out to a 170 but also have 180's,190's jets to go with the bike the bad......... 5"inch tear in the seat seem (i sewed it up from getting worst everyone one says its a nice job!!) bumps and scratches on the bike (underneth the frameing (its not a mint bike) this bike will run over 95mph seen it done got the proof......... the reason im selling the bike is i need the money to help my parents outta a bad ordeal need the best offer if i dont get it ill part it out!!! im guessing in my head 2500.00-3500.00 if it wasnt for my parents id keep the beast everyone knows me of this bike and what it out runs....... if you know much about the can-am renegade 800 im walking all over his ass got it on you tube first video shows manly the banshee and how it runs what it looks like etc.... second video shows manly renegade and banshee S.I.O PLEASE 601 938 1647

  7. NOW I DO HAVE GNARLEYS ON MINE BOOST BOTTLE .20 OVER PISTONS 270 MAINS HOW MUCH DO I GO ON THE AIR SCREW?? I WAS TOLD TO COME OUT 1 1/2 TURNS!! DO I TRY RAISEING THE IDLE UP ON THE CARBS??? THANKS TO ALL EVEN IF YOU THINK THE 800 COMING 'ROUND ME BUT HE'S NOT!!

  9. my shit wont idle!!!! i want it to idle it wont i burn an ass load of gas just keepin it running!! :shoothead: my buddy has got the fastest bike around here or i should say had!!! hes got the 800 renegade can-am big pile of shit in my eyes well i strap up them gnarley and 270 mains and im comin around his ass he had 20' i spun to 3rd gear (cuz i got into some mud) but when i caught him oh my gosh it flys!! i got bored with it after the the jugs were taken out .20 so holla at me if you know a way i can get this untaimed bitch to idle!!
  10. hello all i just got an amazing deal on some fmf gnarley pipes and silencers ohhh and 270 main jets..... i install all this and turned 1 1/2 out on the air/fuel screw mains are in and not to tight!! now i think the pilots are 25 stock correct me if iam wrong now when they say go up a next size is that to a 27,5 or a 30?? now fmf told me GO TO NEXT SIZE and the banshee mechanic of 15 years says 30 now there are several differnt ways to say tamoto so will it run correctly with 27.5's? or should i go 30?? is there anyway i can get it to idle a lil till i get the pilots (WHATEVER SIZE) ill take roll call and see what gets better outta them both!! please help thanks jeff
