my arms and swinger are both Janssen and besides wear on the heims, iv had no problems with the products or dealing with Joel Janssen. A little BHQ history, Janssen Racing, along with Noss Machine was one of the first BansheeHQ sponsors and they were sponsors for years, then the 4 stroke craze hit and Janssen had to cater to those guys, which is understandable, and they stopped their BansheeHQ banners. since no one posted a pic yet, heres a shot of my janssen swingarm

WORCS is the big XC series in the southwest of the country. SCORE is a big desert racing series if your into desert racing, Baja kinda racing. Here on the east coast the AMA has areas broken down into districts. I live in AMAs district 6. Get on Google and search for your city's or county's name and "ama". Search for "WORCS" too.

Most aftermarket radiators are made by Afco and then different companies will sell them under their brand name.

K&N proves they're the best in ever race category there is ??! No way. Not even close. The only time they should be used is for drag racing and if your quad is street legal. EVERYONE who races XC and MX on a dirt bike uses a foam filter, no one uses K&N. 95% of ATV XC and MC guys use foam filters, nearly 100% of the XC guys run foam. Now I realize these guys get sponsored by UNI and Twin-air, but the dirt bike MX guys are paid millions of dollars to win races, their bikes are maintained by the best mechanics and there is a lot at stake at a National race. You think Ricky Carmichael, Bill Ballance, Chris Borich, Bubba, Chad Reed or any factory rider is running a car filter\K&N ? NO. ALL, 100% of the top bike and ATV Pro's use a foam filter. Because the teeny tiny bit of hp you might gain with a K&N is not worth problems. And these Pro's get a fresh engine for every race, you'd think they wouldn't worry about a little dirt getting through with a K&N. The protection advantage of a foam filter outweighs the air flow advantage. Hell If I was a drag racin' guy I'd still run a foam filter just to protect my investment. Plain and simple, K&N filters were designed for automotive use, the filters for the quads are the same as the filters for cars. K&N filters cost more and they physically look like they should work better than a little piece of foam, but this is a case where "expensive" doesn't mean its better.

some guys say do it hot some say cold. I was taught to do it on a cold engine and 120psi is the cold compression number. I dunno what it should be on a hot engine. sorry. But hot or cold, your cylinders are close to having the same psi and thats a good thing. Your elevation is a factor. There used to be compression charts for this kinda stuff. search for a "compression chart" and the chart can tell you what your comp should be at various elevations. As long as the quad is still running good and not smoking a lot, I'd be confident in that engine with 100 psi. When it gets hard to start, thats a good sign the motor is getting tired and needs freshened up.

explain how you performed the compression test pls

"they are risking their lives for us to have freedom" I don't think the current wars in the middle east are for the sake of "our freedom". I mean these terrorist don't hate us for our freedom and they have no interest in taking our freedoms. They just want us to get the hell outta their holy lands, they're psycho about it. Seems to be pretty important to em.

The Lomas pipes and the JM pipes are supposedly the best pipes made for the rz. I'd bet Jolly Moto would make you a set of big bore pipes. Im running Factory Performance Pipes(FPP) on my rz.

Space saving storage of your Banshee
Meat replied to speed-racer's topic in General Banshee Discussion

Things that make you go Hmmm. The top guy at GM makes 22 million per year, which equals about $8000 dollars PER HOUR. The cost of the GM private jet flight to Washington cost aproxx $20,000. The median YEARLY income for a household in my hometown is $20,173

Its hard to express how bad this whole economy is now and is going to continue to be. My stock market fun started in 1994. Two guys from work were making a lot of money in mutual funds. I learned everything about the stock market and I started like the guys at work with a coupla mutual funds. The Clinton 90's was a bull market run of epic proportions. Happy Days  . The market did so good in the 90's that in '97 I quit my job and traded stock at home till July 2000. I would day trade stock and I would do a lot of short term trading. All at Scottrade BTW. Year 2000 and the internet & technology bubble burst, 9\11 attacks,2 wars and the inept Bush administration all made it very tough on stock market investors. This shitty stock market the past 7 years had some good small rallies, but overall Bush's whole term was a loser for the stock market. Money was to be made, but mom and pop's 401K went south and sideways for most of the last 7 years. Now add to the mess... 25 year high in unemployment, a nearly worthless currency and we have banks, a huge insurance company and all three automakers going bankrupt. This bail out stuff is just so damn complicated, only economic professors and scholars can really know what to do. Everyones gut feeling is "fuck em, let em go bankrupt", but I'm telling yas, if the big three automakers don't get bailed out, all hell is going to break loose. Forget about mid '09 bull market. If they do bail em out, hell is also going to break out. I don't see any substantial bull markets any time soon... when the fed prints more dollars to pay for bailouts it effectively de values the dollar.... Our dollar is backed by NOTHING. Its actually backed by govt bonds or some bullshit like that, but if the dollar collapses its game over. We're Mexico for the next 10 years. Everyday people are losing homes. The ripple effect of the big 3 automakers going out of business would be hard to imagine. Imagine the tax revenue lost from the big 3 ...... and also lost from every industry that services the big 3. people all over the country lost 20% to 50% in their 401k and stock investments the past two months. Iv never seen anything like this. I hope the guys in charge know how to fix this. If the dollar would collapse, it could be replaced with a north american currency similar to how the Euro works. People scoffed at the notion of the Euro in the early 90's, but it happened. I say no to bail outs. Let em fall. Let the economy explode. We'll just have to free fall for awhile and rebuild it right the next time. America needs to be the next world leader on a world economic need. Like we led the computer revolution we need to lead the next revolution. I think "energy technology" leadership might be the correct step for the USA. Could we could see the collapse of the federal govt ? I doubt it, but.... ya never know Prepare to do battle in the dome. :ninja:
