I've followed this thread since the day it was made, and it has been a good while. But like 250 chick said you guys need to be patient as they are being made for you.. I think if you signed up on the list for a set and knew you had to wait thats what you need to do instead of getting anxious or changing your mind and saying you want a refund after production has done begun.

Those are garbage, and there have been many claims in the past of creating faults. As far the guy above that said he fixed 6 consoles by applying new heatsink grease, you lucked out.. The problem is with the GPU, the heat it produces, heatsink size and heat dissipitation, and the solder used on the BGA package GPU. The only good fix to this problem is to desolder the GPU, reball it and resolder. Reflowing it is also an option but should not be taken as a permanent fix. Replacing the x-clamps (which flex under high temperatures) with bolts and washers instead is also an option, by no means a permanent fix. The best option is to purchase one of the new revisioned consoles codenamed jasper, which they have considerably lowered the amount of wattage the GPU pulls compared to the older V1 & V2 consoles.

Chain can be adjusted by the two carrier--> swing arms bolts and then the chain tensioners which are directly on the back of the carrier. If you still cant figure it out just shout.

You can set up an access point at your house using a WDS bridge, use a bridge mode instead of repeater mode. Couple things you will have to overcome 1) you will have to log into the other persons router and set it up for bridge mode, and then likewise for the access point at your house so they will communicate with each other. If the wireless network is named something like linksys or dlink there is a chance the username and password are defaults. You can find the default IP address and default user/pass on the net once you've obtained information about what model/version router they have. 2)you will need the wireless mac address, some routers have 2 mac address's. One is a mac address for the wireless lan and one for wired lan, you want the wireless mac add. 3)you will need a wireless access point with detachable antenna's. You will need cable, a antenna, and pigtails to match the connectors on both the antenna and wireless access point. Thats if you plan to setup a wireless access point. A possibly cheaper alternative would be to get a linksys PCI card w/detachable antenna and run an inline amp w/ external antenna. I cannot tell you whether or not that would work for sure though.

The wire harness and connectors are different between those two years also.

^ Make sure its firing on that side, it would probably be a bitch to start if it was not firing though. Check your compression, look at your reeds and intakes and make sure your carbs are synchd and not hanging.

To all the people that piss and moan about people like this getting their riding area's shutdown along with giving atv'ers a bad rep, just shut it. This guy is more than likely a repeated offender of the law and just because he is on a atv and does some stupid shit through a residental zone does not have any affect on your riding area's. Good work on changin the banners loco, I know it had to have been rough on you.. :biggrin: I personally never cared about the banners or anything and for the most i've seen the red fullbore "bansheehq" banner and the hollisapt duner banner and they both look great. Climbanyhill and rippens look like total shit though, resizing them from their original resolution fucked it up..

Why would you want to bore your bansh .100 over? Your just wasting available bores and on the next rebuild you would have to either resleeve or get new cylinders... I would not be surprised at 40$ for a set of pilot circuits, hell my local yamaha dealer told me he could get me mains for 19.9-something a piece.. I said f-o-. Jetsrus.com and/or jeff at fast would both be good places to purchase.
