i have ran dual carbs for years on my banshee's. i always frowned on the 2 into 1 idea.. well curiosity killed the cat you could say, i bought one to try and told myself i can resell it if i dont like it, now i will not go back to dual carbs unless its a drag bike or has an aftermarket cylinder.. the 2 into 1 works great unless you have a lot of portwork, or a stroker.. basically if u hae a piped banshee with the bolt on mods i would choose the 2 ino 1 .. its easy, clean and neat, and it gains power everywhere.. only 1 carb to clean, jet, and worry about.. hope this helps

DAM!! i have like 3 or 4 of those taking up shelf space in my garage.. im gonna steal that sales pitch.. i would be tickled to get half of what he did.. some people are just plain stupid i guess.. thats where the term "more money than sense" comes from huh?

hey what year is this bike?? is it a stock stator?? you say 100.00 shipped for the flywheel and stator?? does it have a timing plate or stock?? i bought the red frame off of you, and wanted to say thanx very much, i am very pleased with it . i had it back together 3 days after i got it.. let me know on the stator and flywheel i am very interested.. thanx, gary -
on that upper bolt.. i had to buy new ones for mine .. only place i could find them were at the dealer. cost like 7 bucks, just get a new one

ok got it installed.. started with a 48 pilot, 180 main, needle on middle clip.. ran ok but rich and sluggish.. went down to a 170 main and needle on 2nd clip from the top., ran better.. went down to a 35 pilot, 2 turns out on the airscrew, a 165 main , and left the needle on the 2nd clip and it is almost dead on.. could maybe go a bit smaller on the main and i think it would be more crisp on the throttle but is running great as of now.. yes it does have pwk in the casting.. its a nice carb i really love the 2 into 1.. easier to start, revs quick, i am noticing more mid power gain than of idle gain, also seeing a lot of gain up top on the pipe.. i will never run dual carbs on this bike

its d shaped just like the 33mm pwk's on my cub motor.. it says pwk on the side of the carb right above the bowl.. did they not make a 34mm pwk?? maybe i measured it wrong.. anyway im going to install it today.. does the 2 into 1 cab take away that hard powerband hit??(like smooth it out)?? cause like evryone else i really love that hard rip and top end pull. i just want more low and mid power and the simplicity of 1 carb

im 27 from kentucky, been on a shee for almost 8 years.. we have 3 of them. damn that piston is nutzz, what did the cylinder look like?? wonder how much compression u had in that cylinder before tear down??lol about -12? lol

yea its a 34mm pwk , the needle is a dej .. biggest jet i have is a 180.. my elevation is about 500 ft.. i do have a 48 pilot.. going to clean the carb, put the 180 in and the 48.. adjust the pilot 1.5 out and try it.. think its safe to start with a 180?? i am running twin 33 pwks on my cub motor (392 stock stroke with cpi inframes) and am running a 48 pilot and 148 main in them.. and it seems dead on.. so what u think about starting with 180 on the main ?? do u like the 2 into 1?? i am assuming someone replaced the original carb with the 34mm pwk.. any help would be greatly appreciated.. i do also have the airbox adapter.. i got this whole setup with a brand new cable for 225.. i polished up the intake and adapter and it looks like new.. its the trinity stage 4.. thanks,

just got a 2 into 1 carb setup.. (used) its a 34mm pwk, has a 32 pilot, had a 132 main( i put a 165 in it ) and a dej needle on the middle clip.. anyone point me in the righr direction? stock motor with t5's head, reeds, and +5 timing.. i was running 290 mains in my stock carbs.. what about the dej needle?? i here a lot about dek and eek needles, never heard of a dej??

hey u might want to put a modded shift star in it while u have it apart, also mite wanna try the shift pro shif kit.. usually the star is good enough.. all my bikes have it done.. -
anyone have a 2 into 1 carb setup for sale?? prefer the graydon proline one.. any input on these??? i have a set of toomey t6's i would maybe work a deal out on.. would rather buy it out right

i have a nice looking set of toomey t6's, they have some usual scuffs and the usual blueing where they hook to the cylinders.. are very nice pipes, they are still on the bike, i hope to get them off the bike and give them a good cleaning sometime this weekend, if anyone is interested i can send pics, can also set up on ebay if it makes u feel better, (i have an excellent ebay feedback, but am new on this forum) i am wanting 400 shipped, again they are very nice shape.. offersmay be considered, im not hard up for money so they dont have to sell

YEP.. its JUNK!! bought a new high output stator and it lasted a month past the warranty and poof, gone. mine would run but cutout at high rpm. yesterday we took a 3 hour trip to ride, my buddys shee ran for about ten minutes and lost spark, used the clymers to test and the stator tested bad, also bolted his cdi on my bike and it was ok.. pulled the flywheel and damn, another bad ricky stator, i told him to find a good used oem yamaha one.. ricky stator is junk.. i still have my old stator from them hanging on the shop wall, i would love to trade it back to them for another one or my money back.. totally disatisfied..

i would suggest a 2 into 1 motofast pipe.. its a great woods pipe and your bike will still scream.. my g/f's shee has one on it and i love it,, i jump off my cheetah cub shee onto hers and it is still a blast, i would suggest it myself, and it sounds awesome -
i have one of your impellers sitting here on my workbench, i built a nice cub motor, the impeller failed after 10 hours of use, filled the tranny full of coolant, and i am damn glad i noticed before cooking the motor, the shaft on the impeller is all grooved up, i used a new seal and bearing when i installed it also,. so if u are so proud of the impeller i would sell this one back to you.

hey guys.. was wondering what a rz top end is worth, would be the head, both cylinders, pistons, powervalve, and powervalve servo with cables.. any idea on what it would be worth.. it can be checked with a mic but lets say it is on stock bore,, is it worth 400 or 350??

if u had a choice from a set of toomey t5 or a set of the t6's which would u choose?? i have heard that the t5's are better.. i personally like the looks of the t5 better..

if u used a degree key u may have put it in backwards and retarted the timing 4 degrees insted of advancing it.. that would kill a lot of power..
