how is the bottom , mid, and top rpm with it?? what differences are noticeable?? .. not wanting to sacrifice any power here.lol

ok. i ride my shee in the woods/trails a lot.. i do love to jump on a backyard dragstrip and run the hell out of it.. i am wanting to port a set of stock cyl's but not sure what kind of port job would be best for me.. i really love a snappy motor that still pulls hard on top.. i have cubs right now and i need more mid and lowend power.. i like the powerband to hit when i snap the throttle open instantly.. any help?? i have t5's vforce, head, 33 pwks. i heard that jim at passion racing is the best?

not sure what to tell you.. i would personally try a stator.. get a used one on ebay from a reputable seller.. make sure its the right year model for your bike... i have never seen a cdi go out before.. always a stator that i have seen go out.. someone else may tell u different.. any body else have an idea??

not sure. damn that sounds like a hair puller.. only in mid range?? is it even in both cylinders? if so it is definately an ignition problem.. there is no way that both sets of carbs, reeds, intakes and so on can both have the smae problem at the same time.. check the wires on your coil?? and the ground bolt on the coil?? i would look for loose connections but it just sounds like a stator or cdi to me.. more like a stator.. just my 2 cents

man i dont wanna scare you but i had a ricky stator in my bike and it started doing some sputtering shit at igh rpms and i swapped it out and put a stocker in it.. runs great now.. do u have a spare stator to try it with?

a 2 into 1 pipe or carb?? assuming pipe, they are a great woods/trail pipe or even motorcross.. my wifes bike has a 2 into 1 and nothing else.. its fun to ride.. rips hard and the power is smooth.. not sure if i would put one on my own shee though

nothing. soaked for a day, heated red. use impact and strongarm.. its fukd. i need a better frame anyway. not gonna sweat it.. gonna get my dremel out and grind it out.. if i screw up the frame to hell with it.. lol

if you are just going to massage the casting flaws out i would use a dremel with a smooth stone or sanding wheel. i was thinking of doing this myself.. would it hurt to open up and smooth the transfers and intakes myself?? not going to change the port timing or anything just open up what is already there?? any suggestion?

sounds like a bad head gasket.. thee should not be coolant on plug.. thats s nono.. water can short the plug out.. pull the head, put a new gasket and retourqe.. put new plugs.. then fire it up and see what happens.

the swing arm is done in chrome and yes it has to have a clear coat like you said or it will brake down.. it is not good uv resistant.. the cases are silver metallic.. the metallic caused a sheen from the flash
