  3. cant really say on the jetting.. you need the plugs to fire first before you can start jetting it from reading the plugs lmfao!! i would start with putting a good stator in that bike buley!
  4. its a pwk so it must be a 35.. not sure on the throttle if its lean or rich.. i am leaning towards it being lean since i raised hte needle clip.. i am also going to order a dek and a eek needle tomorrow for it.. i have heard that the dek is the better needle to run.. do u think i should play with the needle clip?
  5. have a trinity 2 into 1.. has a 34mm pwk.. has a 155 main and a 48 pilot airscrew 2 turns out.. the needle is a dej.. it runs fine but the 1/4 throttle response is a but sluggish.. i raised the needle one clip.. any idea where my needle should be??
  6. ouch guys!! didn't wanna start a debate.. i am sure a lot of other oils great.. and you guys are right, maintenance is the key along with jetting.. be easy on me here.. i didn't know how a lot of other oils mixed as far as ratio.. does the 32:1 give any plug foiling issues??
  7. i have a bunch of domes.. let me know what size u need.. thanx
  8. lol i here ya.. my g/f needs to read that one..

  17. hey guys. i decided to port a set of cylinders i had laying around.. here is what i did.. on the tranfers i started at the base of the cylinders (you know, the opening where your base gasket is at) and i knife edged the bridges, snoothed out the transfers about halfway down, and i slightly(very slightly) opened hem up.. man they look like a pro did'em.. as for the intakes, i smoothed out the bridge with a smooth round edge, very slightly opened them up, and made everything have a smooth transition with a ruff finish(atomization) i am going to move onto the exhaust and polish them to a mirror finish.. i am only looking to add a little more power everywhere.. if i want real power i will hop on my cub bike.. how does this all sound guys??
  18. anyone have any opinions on where to get these bored?? jim at passion runs a deal for the topend kit, oring kit, bore, chamfer and hone for 245.. that seems to be a great deal u think??
  19. lol. what does he thinking he is doing ?? cussing anyone that has looked at the bike?? sounds like a little bitch that put to much money in the bike and everyone else is smart enough to know what it is realy worth.. since its worth so much maybe he should drag it against a alky cubb'd shee, that'll hurt his feelings.. lmfao
  20. hey guys like i said, i have ran amsoil for 7 years, i had a fresh topend that i ran amsoil in for 6 years and i ran it very hard. i havent hard of many topends lasting that long, i have tried other oils and hate them, also why would u want an oil that doesn't stay suspended in the gas anyway?? not trying to say amsoil is the best, but i have tried and seen friends use other oils and they can't hold a flame to the amsoil.. when i tore the motor down(after 6 years of abuse) it still had good compression, i sold it for a fair price only because i bought a cub, i have a buddy that ran his shee witout coolant( dumbass left the radiator hose loose) and it locked up, after it cooled down it started back and ran as fine as ever, now thats good oil, any other oil and i would say it would have trashed the topend, his compression is the same it always was..
  21. g/f got me a g force axle. woohoo
  22. hey the proof is in the pudding.. i have been running amsoil for years and it has proven to be truly outstanding.i had a topend run more for over 6 years. and still started on the first kick before i tore it down to install my cub, oil is a personal choice with everyone, but i just can't see changing to another oil with the results i have had with amsoil.
  23. yes u can.. once the powder bakes the first time it is cured u can say.. it is better to apply the clear when the parts are still warm. i put my clear on when the parts is about 140-160 degress F. it tends to cover better that way,.. get a infrared temp gun..
  24. yes i opened up the base of them, and opened them up to about halfway down.. the bridge is very smooth also.. it looks like it will flow very well.. very smooth with a smooth transition., the roof angles where not touched in the transfers..
  25. when i first got my shee it was low on compression.. i had it bored.. i used amsoil on that topend for 6 years.. tore it apart to install a cub and the cylinders and pistons looked great, nice and clean with a film of oil on them.. now that is prrof that its good shit.. and i rode it all the time, rode it hard,
