So it runs fine at idle and no load, does it revv up just sitting there? Your main jets are VERY VERY lean for those pipes and filter, even pre boss and 2 into 1, and my pods clear because i zip tied them together. haah

Unless the pistons are wore enough to fit a nickle down the side there will be compression unless thers big holes in the pistons... even not holding the throttle open or sticking reeds. it will just equalize the pressure when it hits the exhaust port and give somthing more then 1 psi take the head off and take a pic from the top down and post that. with the pistons in the jugs

you need a new compression tester..

Quit complaining and put the motor back together :thumbsup: they make these little wire wheel type things that are like plastic with abrasive in them they have. http://base.google.com/base/a/4619337/D18223179295263528865 I use these to clean up cylinder heads and clean head gasket material off of alum blocks and the heads they work good and dont eat the aluminum unless you work it too hard/long I got mine for like 10 bucks so dont buy that kit

for the clutch just wrap a rag around and let it bind between the gears on the clutch basket and the crank gear. other then that you should be good.

Get it ou soon clutch plate and coolant do not get along. its probably the water pump seal behind the little plastic gear

the bar goes in just after the rod. and its a bearing. you NEEED it

if you didnt go all the over priced lone star stuff...5500 can build you a nice bike.. but honestly... that bike is super duper clean and id put a tag on it of around 9k
