  1. IMHO... If you wanna do anything but drag race, I would swap for a link set up. I really wouldn't recommend trail riding a no link set up. If you don't plan on doing any trail riding, get a shaw and have it set up for your swing arm and weight. Well worth the investment.
  2. There should be some slack in the cable. Adjust the throttle cable till there is a little wiggle in the lever and then try to set idle with the screws on top of the TORS.
  3. If your idle screws don't reach, file the part they are threaded thru till they do...
  4. I do, and my oil does not and has never looked like that.
  5. I usually don't purge until I am done for the weekend...
  6. Find a builder you like that sponsors this board and send the cylinders to them. They will take care of you. Hell, you got 2 of the best answering your questions!
  7. Agreed, alcohol has nothing to do with that...
  8. I you go with the YFZ arms, do the YFZ spindles also. The angles are all wrong with the Banshee spindles.
  9. I would talk to both FAST and M&M before pulling the trigger.
  10. Y'all really should consider the HQ weekend @ LS. It is usually in October but the 2012 dates have not yet been posted.
  11. IMHO, Send your stockers to FAST or Herr Juggs and have them ported, maybe even do a +4mm crank. For $675, you can make better HP.
  12. SandToyz I run the small one. If you plan on hot lapping at the dunes I would get the larger one...
  13. There is nothing wrong with a stock basket. However, a billet one will last a lot longer. That being said, I get all my clutch parts from FAST. He put a Magnum basket on my drag bike and, so far, it is holding up very nicely.
  14. A little TLC could make a BIG difference. Soap and water is always worth a few bucks...
