  1. Post pics could be 1mm over or something else plus before ordering anything someone should bor guage those cylinders so you know if it's outta round or a quick hone might suffice
  2. A d-series is def not the leanest diameter ,usually when u have exhausted al jetting options needle taper/diameter is the culprete , sometimes odd set ups require odd needle selection, have you pressure tested the motor
  3. Try different diameter needle or dek ,might have to redial in main after changing needle
  4. What kind of plug is that? If done correctly that's pretty darn good, if your not looking for every pinch of power go up one size on the main if she pulls clean up top leave it , play with needles to fine tune mid range
  5. Degree wheel and a top dead center guage, and I'm not trying to be a dick! Just some insight. It's hard to get true runout with crank installed in all the areas needed to eliminate crank problems. With it out and in a true stand you can check the inner bearings which is where I see most runout issues on stock cranks
  6. Seems like you have tried everything else but what I said. And yes you would feel it if it's worn . I'm not someone who has one banshee and seen it on my friends bike or heard about it. I have built 100s of banshee motors and done my fair share of chassis work. I don't see them go often but when they do they feel like what your explaining last yr I built around 30 motors , one had bad dampners , it's not all that common but does happen. In my mind I don't how you can't understand how they would effect felt vibration ,
  7. They are very rigid when new if you can push them around with your finger they are too worn
  8. Did you ever check the pressed in motor mints in the case itself I have seen my fare share of issues with them
  9. Where the bolts go through the case there are dampners not the little d shaped washers but pressed in peices I have replaced them on a few bikes could be issue or the bottom dog bones are worn out
  10. Plug caps/ coil , does it feel like its going on two step or ignition brake up
  11. Twisted sheilded is used a lot in newer installation of fir alarm , building communication/automation,some machinery. I build large projects in manhatten as an electrical foreman. All cabling your inquiring about is used for 24/48 v installallation and 4-20ma singnaling and sensors using resistance values . If you measured the voltage going to the coil on your shee with a fluke meter with peak voltage capability it would need to be rated for 600v I have yet to see a twisted sheilded rated for that use in 16awg
  12. You need to plug chop it where's it's at too big a difference to just go by what I say , do some proper plug chops post pics

  14. Bull shit there not
  15. I honestly have two sets depending on temps and situation I have options plus after running on alky it's nice to throw the gas carbs on and get rid of all the alky but converting is not terrible what combo do you have motor wise
  16. That's the exact puller I have it's saved me many times
  17. I think if you drag alot go cub all the way
  18. It really depends how aggressive your dune port was before your timings could be through the roof
  19. I do a lot of sleeper builds and I would say I prob have 30 motors with stock heads cut for 4 mil by Brandon at mull I have not blown a single head gasket ever , his chamber design works real well with my porting style also
  20. Head gasket spacer or base plate , is it an oem stator , does it sound like an ignition break up or gurgling over
  21. I run my set up after the reeds , but I have been around nitrous for a while, I run the nx kit with nx fuel pump aux fuel outlet tapped into sump of tank , dyna ignition, dc converted, battery and a button switch , my clutch is tuned to leave off motor no spray
  22. The last bike I tuned with pj's and shearers ported bike (drag) dialed in at 165 main 50 pilot cel needle 4th clip, depending on portwork should be somewhere around there
  23. What kind of carbs are they what needle what position, what main jet is in it already?????????
  24. There's a lot more to it than just strapping on a bottle and dry shooting it to death ,
  25. Lean jetting for sure and possible air leak , lack of pwer from no fuel , what kind of port work do you have
