  3. Take a mig welder weld to the stud , it won't stick to the aluminum and back it out with vise grips works great

  8. Mix gas 32:1 -4oz to every gallon. Check all electrical connecting plugs clean and dielectric grease them look for frayed on worrn through wires I would post up pics of everything so we can see if anything is out of place

  10. I have installed these on many builds , the only downfall I have seen is interference between cool n cdi , as long as you keep cdi in back or far enouph up front it's no problem. I have seen better throttle response with these units

  12. No need for a 4 mil for that number plus your cylinders if drag ported are too far gone for 4 mil crank
  13. You are way shy on hp for a drag ported cylinder , you should pull the jugs and send them to someone who knows what's going on, 70 on pump is a real and obtainable goal
  14. My advise would be pressure test b4 u turn a wrench , have crank checked by a professional not visual inspection , runout, true. If it ruined that same seal again there's a clue
  15. To foul plugs jetting needs to be extremely off and your not , I'm telling u check the O rings around dome area and sealing surface for niks

  22. More than likely if it's a dune port from Kevin you will not be able to fix the transf timing without decking the cylinders. Let me guess your bike revs great screams but never seems to go anywhere. Very common my advise is sell those the way they are and start over with virgin ports, IMO it's hard to report those cylinders to effectively pull gear . I have seen many hjr motors come through like this. They look great but don't go anywhere
  23. Any motor is only as reliable as the guy who assembled it. Attention to detail, cleaning rituals will depict a solid build
