  1. The work involved in making one is more exstensive, I still don't recommend back loading them. Dunables are s lol more forgiving but your still relying on a backcut gear to decel. Rotational force will push them into the fork no matter what .
  2. Main jets should be more in the 290-300 range pilot should be ok 1 turn out from seated I'm gonna guess you created an air leak with the reed install , choke tube in there?
  3. Is crank welded with maxload
  4. Is it ported , and what fuel and timing you running. You need to compression test it , squish test it , pressure test it, before jetting anything. Ohm out plug caps , make sure all chassis grounds are bare metal and dia electric greesed . Then come back with results of test done. Carb size, timing, fuel, port timings if possible, reeds and anything else you think can help make an educated decision on jetting
  5. It helps with a build sheet I don't normally give it to people but if they call I have it on an index card in a Rolodex I hate computers
  6. Lol they looked aluminum and like someone stuck them in a drill and custom ground them. Could have been the guy who owned it ducking around not sure
  7. Correction I have araya rims, my 1.5s are odyssey

  10. Odyssey rims with sun meistral hubs ftw , what kind of bike u got . I still got my cycle craft frame , redline flight180, dk neck, power light bars , pit bull brakes my son is finally old enouph to ride it but I'm not so sure I'm ready to give it up
  11. For you boosted guys , do you have any pics of the plenum set ups I might give this a whirl and curious the diffrent set ups
  12. From those numbers maybe the angle is wrong for Pistons your using call cam at redline get a set of cut domes and try it if everything else is up to par you gotta try something domes are telatively cheap in the gran scheme and cams domes are based off a .020 base like your running
  13. Who cut those domes ? Ideally you would like .048-.049 tapered to .055 with a 10mm band on a safe set up
  14. Lol there wasn't much to figure out everything was there
  15. Are u talking about the beefed up stock cases ? I was at wsm and I saw them sending away 3 sets of oem cases 1-stock, 1-mm,,1-10mm I was told there in the early engineering of aftermarket beefed up cases
  16. Unplug the tors system and the throttle switch make sure cables and slides arnt hung up so you don't get a run awat
  17. Flux capacitor
  18. Throw stock cages In it for now and I can get boysen power reeds dirt cheap might be best bet for now
  19. Green , have you ever heard back from that kid that bought your turbo motor by me. That bitch was pretty cool once I got all the lil odds and ends worked out just curious if it's still out there I lost his number in a phone change and don't see him on here anymore
  20. Was the center sectionwelded also on that crank green just curious . I've been toying with the idea of pinning these cranks before I break them down as an added feature
  21. Might need a bigger pilot if it's not cracking at idle and sounds dull
  22. Lol it backfires because it's fucked up open box 280-290 closed box 240-250 mains
  23. My whole point is check it , it's important
