  1. American racers 20/8/10 ad-23 compound
  2. Food for thought most guys going fast only have a static compression of 145 and are on alky so static means nothing tell Dave you want a 13:1 motor and give him your specs
  3. Use all 6 doze , I like equal pressure on the clutch pack, . Trim springs up for desired weights. Surf if your gonna trim trim the hub it's a cheaper oops I can vouch for that
  4. If your lid is on put the 250 mains back in, your carb bodies arnt trimmed enouph for the idle screws to work properly, if I were you I would trim the carb bodies a lil more , order a vacuum guage (there cheap) then adjust idle screws til it pulls around 4-5 cfm , make sure your slides are pulling equally.
  5. Fast racing ships to Canada all the time , I've also shipped to Canada with few hick-ups other than customs
  6. Be persistent and show interest , you have every rite to tAlk to the investigator
  7. 6k ft is up there 220 main with lid on , 25 pilot no snorkel just lid . Plug chop that
  8. The police does have solutions to raise vin numbers , will they go to that extent for you depends on how persistent you are ,powder won't erase vin numbers . Might want to go precinct talk to them and find out procedure. If it was stolen you wouldng be going to get it back. Plus I've seen impounds around here fuck bikes up depending on reasons for impound , I've seen gas/water in the tank , sand in the engine , clipped harnesses, stolen parts
  9. Lol , break down and do a pressure test your dancing around it like its the plague . Your guessing any other way . You might guess rite you might not but each time you continue to run the motor not tight or fucked up you risk burning up shit u just installed, do you have a vacuum guage to set sync up , pilot circuit could be clogged . Either way your very very first step should be a pressure test , then compression, then fuel, then spark
  10. How did you sink it properly without touching idle screws. I always set cable play and pull then start it with vacuum guage in place and adjust idle screws till it pulls around 5cfm on both carbs
  11. Call sudco or carb parts warehouse and there's no guessing
  12. Tyler is 100% rite, on the shifter location. Mike no shifting issues on this motor and your other motor will have a diffrent tranny set up and will shift like butter
  13. I've had this exact conversation with cam about a few customers of mine, on more then one occasion "my bike won't shift". They drive hours to get to me , I start bike and lay a beautiful pass down. I watch them drive and they can't ride and are not letting shift shaft return to ratchet the next gear
  14. Looks like the gasket behind the basket, I'm gonna say cushions are shot, take basket out hold gear in your hand and rotate basket holding gear if it moves time for a new one. I wouldn't leave it as is
  15. Did it pass s leakdown after rebuild 6 lbs for 6 min, as said list of all mods, what's your compression at now
  16. This got my attention, how do cylinders work with this treatment send it before bore job or after, piston would be a good idea , transmission is a definite. Tricked what about bearings . Or do I assemble entire thing and then send it . Incase u can't tell I don't know much about the process
  17. When I bought my 06 I paid 6500 off the floor and shredded it almost ammediatly. I financed original bike and paid it off in 18 months . I fell in love with it , overpriced yeh but I want what I want and wanted it now so 6 g isn't that bad IMO
  18. IMO those bolt kits are the cheaper way out . Or got to ace hardware and buy individual. Alloy bolt. Com is a sponsor of the site, hit them up maybe they'll work with you
  19. Can has been here a long time , I would trust his opinion
  20. Cut them bitches
  21. I smashed a socket on a bolt ,welded it, use a 1/2 impact gun ,bitches come rite oit
  22. Put it this way if it was .005 cleRance I would leave it and ring it as soon as u go to put a scratch in it your friend took away material, it doesn't take much. Bore it your already past the threshold . Most stock bore Pistons measure under 64 but it doesn't hurt to check . I know the guy that does my boring has a master wiseco book that gives him measurements of pistons
  23. I just read all this , wow
  24. Or same air leak, same carb . Pressure test before tear down allways, otherwise your guessing like you are now
