  1. when i built mine i had it in mind that i would be riding longer distances, definetly look into a aftermarket gas tank i went all in with the clark tank 5.5 gallons nothing like almost never having to worry about gas when your out there my favorite sand hills and trails are a 4 mile ride there and another 4 back and i usually run out of gas before the shee does, my engine is a 421 cheetah with powervalves, the powervalves are great when your in the trails you dont have to shift as much when your up and down in speed, any nice aftermarket shock with do just great on the trials, i run custom noss head 20cc domes +4 timing, oh and crank is 4 mill i love the set up for the trials around here
  2. can someone tell me or send me a link for what kind of reed cage gasket to get for a cheetah cylinder
  3. to up load image there is a litte picture ^ its right about where i put that arrow thing in my sentence, you where trying to up load it in the document section
  4. i just got a set from him and the difference is amazing this thing is a beast now
  5. So if there are any of you out there that are ocd about oil dripping out your exhuast onto your cylinders under high rpm. i have a solution find some tight fitting flat rubber washers and put them inbetween the exhaust and the cylinder and no more leaks a super tight fit. i did also look into bigger o ring inside the pipe but after trying a few different sizes the ones that would have worked were to dam tight and i could not get the exhuast back on without oring coming out of groove
  6. so i got the noss machine custom domes 20cc domes in today and i dont know if its just been the two weeks since i rode it but this thing is running so much better quicker response higher rpm and way more aggressive i just put a skid mark in my lawn i dont think will ever grow back thanks david noss for walking me threw everthing you needed to makes me these dm head custom domes, there so sick
  7. your nuts but i like that, that thing will only needs the back two wheels since the front one wont ever touch the ground, keeps us posted on this and some pics would be nice dang
  8. sounds like someone put keihen jets in a mikuni carb
  9. use the screw top on top of the carb to get them to open at exactly the same time use the one up by the thumb throttle to get them to open all the way
  10. well i have the head off now cuase i sent the domes to noss machine so they can make me some custom ones i had the dreaded trinity domes, so when i get the new ones i will put all new o ring on the top, as far as the coil it did run and start still before i had it apart but every now and then i would get what sounded like a rich issue and it would come and go and i knowmy jetting is on so yeah
  11. so you can see the spark pretty easy when its working right, i know in my srv snowmobile when i check spark this way there is no question if there is spark or not it a freakin huge spark?
  12. well i checked the coil ground and checked for spark and it was really really hard to see if there was any spark used a new plug and checked both and almost could see spark with one but not the other is this a bad coil or cdi or what
  13. why is there significantly more carbon build up on one piston top and the other has none
  14. well got the domes shipped out to david noss of noss machine so he can make me some new domes since i had the trinity ones what the lowest compression i can have an still use pure race gas
  15. the one on the left is a mid range plug chop and the one on the right is a 165 main, is you remember the one the first pages of this post the wot chop was a 162 i think i like the 162 better
