  1. Clean up port or drag port.A good start would be 162,52,cel 4th clip

Ill tell you what tuff guy,if its not ported 20cc domes can warrant race gas maybe not 110 but def race gas territory,if its stroked it can push 175-180 static compression with 20cc.I wouldnt go giving out info like dropping to 15cc domes in anything.I have tried 100s of combos and never needed 15cc domes.Even on drag ported motors

  6. You need to do a chop at upper rpms,as sonn as you idle it for a lil it will turn black,you must use new plugs

I just had the prvilage to ride at a sand quarry out east in long island,Your looking at 200ft walls of sand.I was on a stockish bansh in perfect tune with Ohtsu tires,I had never been there b4 to no if paddles were needed,now im looking for paddles,which ones are good for hillclimb.One set is going on a 4mil ported cub and the other on a dune ported bike.I never needed paddles b4 so im green on the subject

  12. I used to have a 250r at the shop,drag pipe,drag port,it makes power earlier, if hes a good rider and not scared of the bike its hard playing catch up.At a local spot by me I could eat shees all day,my bike was slower up top,but I jumped hard and stayed in it.

  14. Depending on number of laps,you will find you wanna stay on the low side with the compression if your in it for long periods,also think about running just a lil timing advance,but im no exprt on roundy-round

I have had bikes with that exact set up.With the lid on at sea level I ran 240 main ,27.5 pilots, stock needles jacked to the rich side,with a clean-up port 260s on the main,If you take the lid off 280s-290s on the main.To me you sound rich all over,make sure you pressure test the bike or else you will chase your tail with jetting,If you raised port height let me know I have jetting cards filed for those pipes in many set-ups
  19. The port durations for that HP will not match the usable power range on the pipes,normally you take the pipe into cosideration when porting
  20. Trail port around 188-190deg depending on transf porting shouldnt affect compression that much,if your accurate and you use the same base gaskets I use

I tune alot of bikes and everyone is diffrent.Sometimes you can reach a piont where its acting like its getting better but it gives you a false sense of seat of the pants reaction.I have had bikes pull big jets clean up top but infact ended up much leaner in the end.As stated by snop electrical plays a big factor in jetting,if everything is not rite you chase your tail.You must go by the plugs!You need to do a plug chop on a fresh set of plugs in a warm motor and establish a main size first be prepared to run through a few sets.If it doesnt pull wide open 6th gear for 5 sec drop jets till it does,dont worry what its doing in between just full

Im the king of the run on,you need to slow down collect all your thoughts and list them in order!From what I got you have a 7mil stock cyl bike,rechambered stock head 17cc,.080 over bore(last bore),165psi and 34 pjs.Now that thats out of the way what do you want to know?Does it sound rite,sure if that was the intended build numbers.Who built it
