  1. 48,155s cel 4th clip,if it came with a cgl you can get it to work but in a few cases i had to swap it out
  2. there are alot of ways a crank can go bad
  3. rite on if i know jeff
  4. I have had some similar issues on pwks b4,just for shits/giggles take carb top off an see if the center cable guide sticks past the bottom of the carb top, look at it from side profile ,also look at spring if its worn the coils wiil be sharp an not round causing bind
  5. i would start at 340s if you got em,and yes 2nd clip from piont or 4th from blunt end
  6. i was thinking 160 psi a lil timing an shit gas lately,IMO 92 isnt enouph,if there anything like cubs they dont like timing on pump gas
  7. irun fast non-oring chains on four diffrent drag bike all the way up to 112hp never snapped one leaveing on asp[hault dumping it hard
  8. 320 -340 main,27.5 pilot,stock needle 4th clip.Prob need 320s now -340s in winter
  9. If it pulls clean leave it fat
  10. they should jet almost identical to your stockers,i would call SUDCO they will be able to tell you if you have the rite needle, air jet(back of carbb)
  11. with the lid no snorkel 240 main, needle 4th clip, leave pilot go 1 turn out and adjust it for nice idle, get a sync tool it takes the guess work out of it
  12. its that easy but i have also struggled b4,def check resistance with caps off b4 you go rippen the wires out 9 outta 10 is just caps, parts unlimited caps are my fav
  13. 280 main 27.5 pilot, needle all the way rich,1-1/2 turns out ,check your plug caps for proper resistance 3.0-7.2kohm
  14. Make sure your carb bowls are on rite side i bet thats why you cant kick it,look in carb bowl for tiny jet at bottom, that bowl goes on carb with choke, make sure crossover is in with proper stuff.Do a pressure test to the motor,6lbs for 6 min there is a sticky in repairs an mods forum.Your elevation is gonna require leaner jetting than that saying your motor is tight,im thinking 290 mains,27.5 pilots, stock needle 4th clip to start, the jetting you have now i would run at sea level
  15. stay away from the pt mids
  16. 100% there are many variations
  17. normally coil problems will give you upper rpm problems, coil should have 3.0 - 7.2 kohms between wires with no caps, stock coil units dont normally wear down just the caps.Did your jet kit come with needles. You should be at 290 main ,27.5 pilot, needle 4th clip on stock needle if there is no porting and no air box lid my guess is you have a stock pilot in there (25) and you need to richen the needle, remember one adjustment at a time keeps your head straight.I cant styress enouph the importance of syncing carbs with a vacuum tool($25 from FAST) and setting float bowl height 21mm.If your carbs are not synced up rite and your floats are out it will not run rite on bottom
  18. The answer i got is high hp bikes will move a lil even if adjusted, use your brakes
  19. did you hook the batt up and what gind of rect/regulator you using
  20. you guys are crazy,i have seen thousands of port jobs whoever did it didnt use the rite finishing bits but its able to be cleaned up no probs, get some more pics an measurements
  21. i would check the floats easy fix 19mm off the carb body, pwks check diffrent then stockers you need to tilit on side and measure float just as it touches down on pin
  22. i would check the floats easy fix 19mm off the carb body
  23. it shouldnt do that anyway, something is worn, dowl in lockout, shaftend, shaftend rivet
  24. 280 with no lid,i have tons of experiance with these pipes, try my set up,if your plug caps ohm out rite and your carbs are clean it will chop perfect,280s with the lid your missing out on power
