  1. I dont even fuck around anymore i just throw it in a press,i maDE A lil jig and have had some axles take up to 10 tons of pressure,make sure you wood block the bottom for when the axle shoots out

    They wouldnt let me run one day and told me quads were no longer allowed on the 1/4 mile track,all of a sudden some old dude in a ranger pick up pulls up and says he could hook me up,this guy got me in TT/bike eliminator for nothing,thats the only reason i still go there

  9. Before you turn a screw pressure test it ,rule out air leak.Then you need to mic up pistons and check cyl on bore guage.But def dont just tare into it look around first

    I maybe reaching my power limits with this set-up im under 400cc on a stock cyl,and NYUK i have no problem headin out there but they hate on me big time over there so ive been heading to island dragway alot but ive been experiancing a pogo stick launch since ive been going there like im hitting the bar an unloading the tires but it doesnt look like im on it that hard on tape.I just missed 105 mph with a horrible launch every time,I might need more air or more arm angle

  12. Just know that no matter what class you run you will be racing against majority of rigid long bikes.I run a 0-400 class and im the only stock frame stock cylinder bike there.I normally run asphault so i just go to get times but these dirt drag guys are intense

    I have stuck with gas this long because i didnt want headaches.i feel like im reaching the limits of gas so was looking for a lil more power.I cant seem to get the clutching perfect the spring tension/weight i need to launch the bike nice doesnt hold up shifting the overide 3-4 gears,so i add more weight an shee runs slower 60ft .I feel i need a lil more power to pull the weight on the clutch on the launch,very frustrating when you get three runs all day.I would like to break a 1.58 60ft with my stock cyl
  14. You should be in the range with the mains but pilots should be around 48-50,cel needles 4th clip.My concern is what kind of compression do you have with 24cc domes ,is it a 4mil or bigger?Check your plug caps for resistance,3-7kohm
  15. They make em ,SUDCO INC ,or go with 33s that 4mil will wake up
  16. as stated if slides are out of adjustment from new cable,could be problem,or outta sync
  17. those are the wrong ones any ways,I would call sudco inc. or carb parts usa and i think they are series 22 but you betta check first

  19. The only thing i see from a drag stanpiont is the 10mm cranks seem to come apart more often so my advise is buy the nicest billet peice you can find and remember you can go broke saving money
  20. dont go by that torque spec ,you must sqish the compression ring on the plug in order to seal it keep cranking till its good an tight,i put some decent pressure behind it,one hand and a 13/16 wrench
  21. stockers dont have nickasil ,they are borable depending on how much it is allready.If the cylinder is straight n true and piston to cylinder clearance is .003 a hone an rings will work.What size domes are in there?you will have to pull the whole thing apart to check clearances,I use a bore guage its the only way to check for sure but def check it now b4 something bad happens.If you need help an you dont want to go with the dude you got the motor from hit me up

  23. sound like your carbs are dirty/float heights off/out of sync/cable play is off

I run both extended arm and bar at the track,stock cylinder +6 is a good length and you can still get your ass over the axle,my bar is 95% of my wheel base,with the rite tire and arm angle you will have no problem hooking as a matter of fact i need the bar,drag racing is about being consistant enouph to know when slight improvements in set up and power change ET.So anything that help you get down the same way each time is a go in my book.With the rite clutch set up an tranny you can get it to work with no bar but my slips show huge jumps in 60ft times with the bar.Dont worry we are still street racing in Long island and hitting the track trying to keep it alive over here
  25. Depending on your compression,150 or less you can get away with +4,but 91 octane isnt real good so try it an listen for signs of pre-ignition or get better gas
