  1. Looking for some opinions here. I just rebuilt my engine and changed allot of thing up, and i am now haveing a noticable vibration coming from the motor. I will give a list of before and afters to see if anyone can say if there is a reason for it. Before After stock crank 4 mil 115 rod hod rods 20CC domes 18 cc domes + 4 timing +7 timing stock clutch driveline performance clutch 93 oct 110 / 93 50/50 mix I was thinking maybe becuase of the timing. I did not ride it yet, just heat cycled in the garage. Not sure if it will go away with a load on it. Thanks for any help.
  2. need a stock or aftermarket flywheel, must be in nice shape, and i have like new 28mm pwks with like new k&n pods, Loooking to set up to 33mm PWKs if anyone wants to sell or trade
  3. 27.5s and 280s, clip in middle. Anyone with anything richer than a 280 with your set up is nuts. A 280 may be a little rich but im just saying that to be safe
  4. 27.5, middle clip, 320'ssss your are NOT LEAN. trust me. let me no how it runs once u try this
  5. There is plenty big jets. The problem is the little tab on the back if your floats isn't letting them drop allowing the needle to unseat to allow gas flow. I guarentee this is the problem
  6. try going to the middle with the needle. It also seems like your mains are too big as well. I had almost the same mods, except t5s and open pod filters and i had 310 mains at 1500 feet. Im thinking you should be like a 320. Just my 2 cents

  8. i have a set of stock carbs, with aftermarket toomey needles and almost new k&n filters (paid $70) $110 shipped. I have paypal as well
  9. should be a 270 or 280 main, needle in the middle and 25 or 27.5 pilot depending on the temperture
  10. thats what im thinking, maybe one is a little off and the one side is running out, and its going to one cylinder which would cause it to run out of power??? Sound logical????
  11. i dont think it has anything to do with that bc it will scream fine, and then fall on its face
  12. i am have a problem with my new carbs. 28mm pwks. when climbing long loose steep coal banks, it seems to be straving itself for gas i think on a long hill, "I think thats what it is" On a hill that i clear the top with no problems the plugs seem good, a little lite, but passable. Any ideas what would cause it to cut out??? Floats maybe?? Thanks
  13. any ideas would be great. My buddy has a 485 PV cheetah, and it does not run like it should. Compared to another friends with the same motor it is lacking about 30 hp or so. The squish is good, 150 psi of compression (27cc domes). The carbs and jetting are the same as the other guys (35mm) . It is sluggish from bottom right to top end. Does anyone have any ideas ideas. Please help
