  1. Lol. I think Andy owes this dude a thanks! I would not hesitate to place my next order with M&M with all this positive feedback, keep up the good work!
  2. How thick does the smoke band need to be, 2mm? It looks close to that maybe a little thicker.
  3. I have stuck with the stock swinger for now. As long as its not in a high traction environment it does fine. If i rode in the dunes with paddles I would opt for a longer one but where I ride that would only cause me to have poor traction.
  4. I was in the exact same situation and I decided to start with the HJR 4mili Dune/Hillshoot port. The motor is amazing and I have run it with zero problems for 2 summers now. My setup is: Shearers, 35mm PWKs, Chariot Intake with Boyssen Reeds, and Noss Head. The quickest unit I have run against was a mildly built Honda 450 dirtbike that was close on the gravel but not so on pavement, giving a fairly big edge to the banshee. At aroumd est 75hp it pulled very hard, but the power is so addictive that I since upgraded to a ported 421 cub with 39mmPWKs that I hope with all I've read, will be close to 100hp... should be able to notice that. I will also keep you guys update on how it runs after it is tuned!
  5. You could use the clamp you're looking at and if it dosen't raise it enough you could make a small spacer for under it and use longer bolts. I've done this before to raise the bar a little.
  6. I also don't think that switching up the topic on this thread a little to get some good out of it would be a bad thing.
  7. Cub and Serval would be a direct comparision but DM not as much. Correct me if im wrong but the DM would use a different head and intake with the overall cost to build one being much higher than the other two. As said in the Forum Dyno area, it would be nice to see an overlay of the Cub vs Serval dynos. With just compairing numbers a well ported cub will make close to 10 more torque and close to 20 more H.P. and only a bit higher in the RPM range. The Serval is basically a detuned Cub and there is nothing wrong with that because is makes it easier to handle and would fit alot of peoples riding style. I think it is a very nice option for the Banshee world.
  8. I have the FAST clutch setup on my 4mil also and it works very well. You will also get excellent support from Jeff, that you might not on ebay.
  9. Sorry to jump in here but Cam, what is the difference from that plug to the regular "es" type and what do you like better about them?
  10. I also had my case matched to my stock cylinders and now have a cub. Is there any other downfall to not re-matching to the new cylinder other than a couple of H.P?
  11. Any issues with not pulling the clutch arm far enough to disengauge on the closest setting loco?
  12. Kadillacman was thinking of switching out to Cel. What do you guys think is that one the best needle to tune the cub with?
  13. You are right now that I look at it closer. C=1.34 and D=1.45 how is that read for taper, does it mean thickness?
