I cant remember for sure if I had to take a bolt out of the shock or not. I didnt buy any new seals. When you get the swingarm bolt out you will be able to see if you need to take a shot bolt out or not.....just start rippin it apart, you will get it.

I think Dave covered most of it. I just switched to methanol about 2 months ago. You will need some carbs that are setup to run meth. If its a PWK the dump tube needs to be drilled out larger to flow more fuel, you will need to drill out a main jet also, and last you will need a powerjet installed. Depending how long your runs will be you need oversize bowls at a minimum and some guys run a pump. I run my mix at 28:1 and use castor 927. I didnt pick 28:1 for any reason really, just read that most guys run a little more oil in meth than gas. I ran 32:1 on race gas. You will need to change your plugs to b9 series if you are still running NGK and most gap them at .018. Im no expert by any means. I learned most of what I know from Shayne Fouledout421 and Nate Mccoy since he is the one who set my carbs up.

Here is the one i made. The pipe is 1 1/4" schedule 40 sprinkler pipe from hope depot. It it tight in 35mm intakes. The exhaust plugs were the 1 1/2" from auto zone.

yea you have to pull the swinger bolt out and drop it down to slide the stock one off and the new one on. I removed the little metal collar that was on there. Im not sure if you have to or not, but i did and it has been fine.

I dont see a flywheel in your picture lol.....what about the pickup gap? Fuel, Air, Spark, find which one you are missing.

its a nice quality petcock but not something i would spent 90 dollars on if i didnt need to.

I didnt know shearers or cpi came with a jet kit. But your jets out of your stock carbs wont work for pwk if thats what you are trying to do.

I dont know if there are any for stock carbs but for my pwk carbs Jeff at Fast sells springs called (easy springs). Might be worth calling him and see if he has some. They made a big difference on my carbs.

i sold my stock bore jugs, head, pisons for 165. I had them on here for days and everyone wanted to low ball me. Jugs were like new. So i just put them on ps and they sold in a few hours. people want somethin for nothin....better off with ebay.

same motor, 19cc domes, +7 timing, vp 110. You wanting to run pump gas is limiting what you are able to do with timing. put some b9es plugs in it and try running it at +6......its cold now and might do ok, keep an eye on your plugs. in summer you probably wont be able to get away with it.

did you take the water lines off? might be the rad hose that goes to your clutch cover to the water pump. thats the only spring i can think of that is that long

The sharp/dull thing was what Jeff told me when I got mine. But that has been about a year ago. I guess any way you look at it they hold up well. 1-3 years between 3 people here.
