I have an 05 LLY, with no overheat issues and that is in the California heat and a 29' camp trailer......Like everyone else said, some do, some dont.....no one knows why. V2 is that overpriced hack job of a radiator someone came up with for the LLYs that over heat.....if i remember correctly anyway.

12 you will lose top speed and go through the gears a lot faster. 15 will give you more top speed if you have enough power to pull that gear and will be longer in between shifts basically..... 12 would be for some TIGHT trails, like you arent getting out of 1st or 2nd gear....

I bought these carbs off ebay because they were a good deal and I thought I could use them. Im going to stick with my other carbs so im selling these for what I paid for them. The carbs appear to be in good working condition, I dont have a running motor to test them on. The pump is in new condition. Carbs $130+shipping Pump $45+shipping

Well I think its pretty funny that the OP talked a bunch of crap and got handled by the zilla. Sometimes you just cant be so sure of yourself....

I would almost bet you are not able to fill the bowls fast enough. I dont know exactly how those billet gas caps work but everyone i know that runs a cub has removed the internals from the gas cap and drilled it out as big as possible since that is the only vent you have for the tank. If it doesnt vent well it doesnt flow well. Also, you should get a pingel valve, cheap insurance and they really let the fuel flow.

is this a brand new motor? Id be careful racing too many times popping and such......what kind of fuel? Pingel? Anything done to the gas cap? did it run good before the new motor? I have no experience with them but ive always heard timing keys are not the most reliable way to advance timing. Id look at the simple things first, but you dont want to eat a piston so take it easy.

im in the same boat. I was told by another member here that there are places that can hot glue some tabs to the dent and pull it out with a slide hammer so you dont ruin the chrome. Im trying to find someone local to pull a dent from my pipes.
