I just got my Pro Armor nerfs today. They installed and look real nice. As for performance, i just use my shee as a playbike so i dont know.

I used my dremel with a cutting disc. My only mistake was not using something to mark a strait line. But for a playbike, i feel mine looks great.

i thought u could run 20cc domes on 93 octane.....? :ermm: I got a NOSS head and i was planning to go 20cc on the domes and advance my timing by 4* after my aggresive port job is done.

Does NOSS sell an oring kit or is it something practical i can get at any Home Depot. Also i messed up on my post and topic. But i needed those questions answered. Thanx. I need to know when i pull the Cylinder, will i need to get new seals for that. If so, is it a cylinder gasket kit or what. That's the mistake i made, im not getting any work done to my head, it's the cylinder im goign to get ported.

I want to pull my head of my shee. I have a few questions before i do it. First of all i dont have a clymer yet because it's still on backorder so im going in blind. With that said, i would like to know if i will have to replace the gaskets if i pull the head off. Reason im doing that is so i can send it off to get an aggressive trail port. I will pull the flywheel too but i want to get a flywheel puller tool first. Another reason for pulling the top off the shee is to see what cc heads my NOSS heads are.

race them....and you will find out. There's too many variables such as skill, jetted right, weight and the list goes on. I got spanked by 686raptor today. Why.....cuz i suck at driving because everyone else says i should of beat it haha :ermm:

When i bought my shee in January, the guy has been using 24:1 benoil premix oil i think it's called. Now im at 50:1 using amsoil dominator. I just made the switch to 50:1 though. I was running amsoil at 32:1 for over a month. It ran great w/o any problems. I wouldnt see a problem going to 32:1. When i got the bike and test rode it, it had two bad plugs. I thought that's all the power shee had...till i put two new plugs in it. Holy shit.....then i seen what the fuss about banshees were all about. I had the biggest grin on my face. woops, went off topic there. My bad haha.

About how long before you sell yours?

I guess it was more of a rant. I was just saying here, the clerks cant figure out how much 4 gallons of gas is. Since they cant, i have to pay more than that and put the rest in my truck. Yeah....kinda pointless thread but just thought id share. :cool:

As usual, i went to the local convenience store today to get some gas for my bikes. I just gave the young girl a 20 and told her $15 on the red truck. I put exactly 4 gallons in the 5 gallon container and the rest on my tuck. There's a reason for that of course. In previous trips to the gas station, I tried to tell them i need 4 gallons of premium on lets say pump #2. Well, that's too hard for them to figure out. One time, a girl pulled out the calculator(no big deal, i'd use one too) and did the price x 4. She forgot the 9/10ths of a cent but hey, no biggie. Im wondering if any of you guys who prepay go through this.

I already have a complete t6 pipe kit on my banshee but i plan to get my shee ported. I would like to buy just the t5 headers(the 2 big chrome things with the expansion chambers) only. I already have two sets of toomey t6 stingers/silencers. I'm willing to trade my t-6 pipes and/or sell them. Once i go t5, i wont be going back to t6. damn this banshee, it's running me broke. Must.....go....faster......:shrug:

im looking foward to seeing them! haha it's the same way here man cept that they are very hard to find. Here everybody and their momma(figure of speech) wants or has a 4 stroke. I understand they are quick but here, it's all top end riding, no trail/slow stuff. I look at it this way, my shee might not be the fastest but it's more fun to ride and it's PAID OFF! As for finding a banshee here, it's very hard. I looked for months and finaly found this one in a news on wheels mag. It was in Mississppi. I got mine for 2900 with the mods in my sig. I find it was a good deal. It was about a 90 min drive. Ill never forget the first time i fired her up, it was the first time i've ever heard a banshee. After the test drive, i new i wanted it. Awwww......memories. A dealership around new orleans wanted 3500 out the door for an 02 with only pipes on it. bah.

Ive wondered about those too. But i only see them on full blown drag shees. Looks like it wouldnt be that great for a play bike like mine.

I think i understand you. I'm not sure how mine it but make sure the quick adjust turn thing is adjusted right and your cable isnt too stretched. I'm not sure if you can set when it starts to pull and how much it slips.

Wow that much of a power increase. And i already have horrible traction problems :ermm:
