  1. wow look at the price! ima be selling my t6's but i was gonna ask about half of that price haha.
  2. Usualy around a length. I won some, i lost some. But that was always starting out in 1st. One time i got him off the line and killed him off the line but it pulled on me and passed me. I say they were about even, not bad for the yfz considering it was stock. They surely have some power! With a pipe and jetted right, i dont see how i could beat one.
  3. With my limited experience, i find if i run too much oil in the gas, i will foul out plugs and sacrafice a little bit hp. Spark plugs are cheap and i dont race for pinks so more lubrication and foulign plus is better to me than rebuilding a top end often. When i got my shee, shee was running 24:1 of benoil i believe. Once i ran the tank out, i mixed some amsoil 32:1 w/ 93 octane and it's never fouled a plug and it runs like a champ. I find my yz runs rich though with 32:1. I dont know why. I think i might try some 40:1 in it. Kinda hard when you only have one gas contrainer. Ah well, ill just mix 1.5 gallons and dump it in.
  4. well my bud's truck was a pirate 10 w/ a .21, not a Moster Pirate truck. Picture a strong .21 in that little stadiun truck. That thing ate my tmaxx alive.
  5. hmmm i just sent off for some t5s.....seems like i needa hurry and get a port job I'd love to see some video of a ported toomey piped shee going against a non ported toomey piped shee just to see the difference a port job makes.
  6. i run amsoil 32:1 with 93 octane. I've been told by several people they run 50:1 amsoil like it says on the bottle with no problem.
  7. i got spanked by a 06 yfz w/o the baffle.
  8. post some pics on here.... and a price.
  9. My buddy has the pirate 10 with the .21 in it. Talk about fast!
  10. noooooo i want some t5's. oh well.
  11. I never ridden at LA sand dunes before. I always been riding around here, just cane field roads and such. I got my first real bike last summer and i got the shee in in early Feb. I might take a trip up there one of these days. The drive would blow though. Ah well, keep em coming guys. I know there are more cajuns out there!
  12. Well, i enjoy meeting fellow riders and all. I was just wondering if any other members here lived in the southern louisiana area. I'm the only one with a shee around here as far as i know. Everyone here has 4 strokes. Hell, even if you are the only one from you area that surfs theres forums, that's still cool. I wouldnt mind a little drive. I will be going to the spillway once it opens up so maybe we could meet up there or where ever.
  13. with a bone stock ltr, it's a drivers race for me when i race one. I hear ported shees have no problems beating lightly mdoded 450's......
  14. I guess a pipe really wakes up the 450r. I get spanked by piped 450r's on our field roads.
  15. I would look to see if i was riding trails or not. Then i would get which one would be best. With me, i wanted a banshee, nothing else. It took about 3 months to actualy find one for a decent price. I actualy had to go to mississippi to get the one. First time i heard it(actualy it was the first timei heard a banshee at all)....sold. Well, i checked many other things on the bike but they still sound awesome! nothing beats the first time you hear how a banshee sounds, especialy when it's sporting some t6 pipes...oh la la.
  16. the best part about that is it makes it look like you are running stock pipes :woot:
  17. How do you know which NOSS head you have? My shee came with it and id like to know if it's a 20cc 22cc dome etc
  18. My she came with t6 pipes. I will be getting some porting and other engine work so if you are looking to buy some t6 pipes, let me know. I will buy some t5s no matter what so i will sell my t6's. I cant comment on the power change because like i said, my shee came with them installed.
  19. I would do that but FEDEX is coming pick up the stuff today. If motosport wouldnt of let me excchange it, i would of called them. Ah well, atleast im on call this weekend. I cant ride anyways.
  20. holy shit ya shee looks awesome
  21. I refuse to put any product from a company with the word "bling" it's name anyways lol. But thanx for the heads up. I was gonna go with DG put they are way more expensive and i dont like the ugly "DG" letters/logo in the metal. With the Pro Armour and AC racing, it's just stickers i can take off.
  22. yup, that's the sort of thing that keeps me going back there. Last thing i bought from them was my vf3 reeds for the yz.
  23. Well i got my stuff w/ in two days as usual from motosport.com. I go to put on my front bumper, it doesnt line up. Either the top two holes or the bottom two dont fit. I could make the hole bigger but i paid for a direct fit product. I then tried to install my nerf bards also from AC racing and the "peg" part of the break side didnt seem to be square. So i couldnt screw both scres into the OEM break side peg. Well, i called motosport.com and they will replace it with pro armor front bumper and some pro amor nerf bars. They will even send out a call tag so FEDEX can pick the stuff up. It sucks my stuff didnt fit but atleast motosport has awesome service. BTW if the new stuff coming in next week doesnt line up, it's a bent frame issue but im pretty sure it isnt bent. I've read some nerf bards and other stuff like that didnt line up. I guess it's a hit or miss thing. Ah well. Atleast i know my levers and break pads i ordered will fit  * can an admin please edit the title. I misspelled "nerfs"
  24. Well thanx for clearing it up. My powerband ciomes on very violent. I see what you mean a less hard one would be best. When im doing a wheelie and i go into the powerhand, the front end tends to jump higher very quick causing me to slam on the rear brake.
