the superstock forged usa pistons are wiseco pistons,made by wiseco with the vito patented ports and exhaust cut on the dome,i dont care if it comes in a vitos box,it has the wiseco circled w underneath,so if its made by them,its their piston,just not their personal design..i also say m&h is a piston to run.100 a set,yes a set,all forged like a wiseco for literally half the price.no porting,id go vitos ss usa piston,m&h and wiseco for the tie depending on app cuz mh doesnt have a stroker style piston like the wiseco 795 series.

sounds like u got dirt in the carbs.take em apart and clean em.make sure little brass washer is under main jet.as for no one has been in there and its never been rebuilt than its not set up for a high octane as cam suggested.do a quick float check as u should pull bowls and clean.they should be 20-22mm from gasket mating suface of carb body (gasket rmoved)to the top of the float.adjust accordingly.make sure air filter is clean.if u pull carbs to clean as u should,remember the bowl with the brass bb on outside goes on choked carb(drivers side),and make sure ur slides go in with cut out towards the rear,as u can put them in backwards.if that doesnt work,if u have a see thru filter going from petcock to the carbs,get rid of it.u might even have dirt in ur filter in ur tank petcock(unlikely tho but possible).i personally always fouled out resistor plugs such as the br8es,so all i run is the b8es.half the price too.

with the tors hooked up,one second u have spark,the next u dont.even if your tors assemblies are still on ur carb tops,u need to disconnect the brain.at least disconnect the brain and check again for spark.it is located on the drivers side (lol) up underneath where your left top header pipe mount is.i believe there is 1 bolt holding it and 2 wires going to it.just unplug it at least,and give her a kick.

x2 on pick up gap.did u have spark before u changed the stator or ur old one just lost spark and u bought a new one?tors brain will do that.make sure ur connections are tight,i would imagine u have the woodruff key in there and the flywheel is on correctly and tight.grab ur manual or look thru stickies and do resistance/ohm checks on at least stator first and go from there.

what is ur timing set at?set it to 0 degrees.is ur jetting on,too rich will blubber the top end.did it always do it?if not did u change or adjust something?

oh and my shit broke too on memorial day.shees dont like going down hill un-manned.ill have to post pics,its pretty fucked up and the axle is so bent ive never seen it bend like this before.so doddy ur not the only one who had a mishap this weekend lol.

hey,are u asking a question or telling a story.i think toytech was giving u info on ur situation and if u already knew,why did u post that topic?and why fuckin banshees?because there dumb ass owner ran it out of coolant?its not the bikes fault.75%of the time,its owners fault shit breaks or blows up.dirty air filters,no oil,no coolant,overrev,putting on parts and not knowing what the fuck they are doing and running shit lean and popping,hell even buying shit like cut trannys and having them pop in a ride because a person built them improper.u want a reliable bike-buy a stock banshee and leave it that way...pay attention and ull be ahead of the game.

no if they are dark u gotta go down,but was that tested at wot?if not it could be pilot,needle adjustment.u gotta do a wot and look at em.im sure ull prob have to drop tho given the info.

yeah,def. get a new trued and welded crank.i would get the 4 mil 115mm rod crank.youll need the 795 series wiseco pistons,and id prob have 24cc domes cut for 4 mil and run 93 pump gas.u should talk to a builder and have it ported for the 4 mil to match ports for proper performance increase.you'll be around $1000 before its done,then ull need a heavy duty clutch to hold it.once u start building power,ur gonna notice the weak spots!!

i got a ported 385 4mil bike and it runs great.the plus 2 arms in the trails make going thru trees tight but i like it.for the 4 mil ull have to get cut domes so u dont have to run the spacer plate,then have it ported for the 4 mil.spacer plates are a way to make compression leaks and kick urself in the pants.u can have any set up u want dude.370,385,392,404,421.these would be the most for the woods.the 421 would be max if its not ported.a ported cub would be too nasty in the woods imo.

did it get better from the 270s to 290s?if worse go back down,but i would say go more.u just added more air flow so its gonna want to lean the whole system.the needle has nothing to do with wot so that didnt hurt it.go 300,310.did u do a plug chop???

definately go with the g-force axle.ive known the chrome to peel off of them,but still for the money,for an extended axle that has a lifetime warranty,its well worth it even if u wanted to powdercoat it.as for rims,i got 2 front gold stockers in super nice shape with nice carlisle badlands tires.$100 plus the ride if ur interested or want pics.it prob would be close to 100 for shipping or lil more but at least u get 2 rims and 2 tires not just a rim lol.i sent a set of pipes to gnr101 and he is in perth and it was somehwere like $130 something i believe.shits ridiculous!!!!

make sure the carb slides are in the right carbs.the cutout on the slide goes toward the back of the carb,if not,u have them backwards in the wrong carb.switch accordingly.

could but not really,very much doubt it.is ur parking brake on???is the plunger cut off?maybe it went bad and needs chopped?sounds like ur carb slides are in backwards.did u fuck with ur carbs at all or did it just get wet?if it ran fine before u washed it,something got wet and will eventually dry out,unless u pull shit and blow dry it!!!

hell yeah,looks like a nice bike man!!ur list looks good,the compression is good for a stocker and yes sync the carbs.if that dont help bottom end,adjust pilot air screw in 1/4 turn at a time till its gone.u might have to up the pilot but serously doubt it for stock pipes.
