I will get all the functions, true for the switch part, this one can also be fine tuned for the quick shift part, remember this is a cdi, YPVS PROGRAMABLE unit with tons of functions for a REAL good price... I think its one of the coolest products I have ever purchased for my RZ Banshee..
-
I have the Zeeltronic Programable CDI, it has TONS of functions and has this quick shift function also, still in the progress of installing and fine tunning, Spoke to a guy on RD Dreams who has it and says it works like a BOMB!!!

Passion 12 port 4mm stroker, for sure it can be 80hp... They run hard..
-
Main exhaust 197, main transfer 130...

Dajoger, thats a good number damn, with t5s!! Do YOU agree with me that a cub produce more bottom end then a stock cylinder stock stroke?? I guess the hit is so hard that you don't "feel" the power down under... The cubs do have bottom end, what I don't like is the fact that out of probably 10 people 2 said NO BOTTOM, thats not true!! But I agree that you can get a more usable and broader curve out of a stocker!!

OK just my opinion... Before I wanted to buy a cub, I called 4 builders, all 4 are very famous on here... I spoke to them all, I think there is a good reason why they don't want to chime in here, as far as I know one left the site because of the whole decking the cub thing... Ok so what I did is I have a few dyno sheets of stock stroke cylinders, cubs etc, the cubs start making more power then the stockers from 4000rpm, on almost (i said ALOMOST) all the dynos.. The other thing is over a period of 2 years I have PM some members on here that has cubs, some are known to all, funny they don't chime in here, probably to scared or something, but like 8 of them said " I wish that the guys on here want to stop this whole cubs are for drags only, cubs are so much more"!! Some guy one here got his cubs decked, he said that it has a much broader rpm range and maybe rev a thew rpms lower but peak power is off but just 5hp.. I don't know why people want to tell others you can't do this or that... We should start a thread and ask what does everyone else use their cub for and to those who are to scared they get bashed leave their opinion also, I think there is more usage for a cub as just a drag cylinder and these are mentioned by 2 famous builders on here, cubs can have a broader powerband, BUT THEY WILL STILL BE WAY TO POWER FULL in my opinion to take to the MX track  Guys this is just my opinion... I'm not choosing any one's side!!

...but if it works for you, it works for you!! Just my 2 cents..

If there is one thing I HATE, its a single carb or a 2 into 1 pipe on a twin cylinder motor!!!!! These setups should all be a "vitos" product... Vitos has their own crowd.. Their like from another planet or something...

I've been using K&N for years in Africa, I maintain them good and do not over service them... Some people let more dirt in by cleaning their filters then the filter itself... The foams are top notch, BUT my K&N runs in the most dusty conditions ever, with double women silk socks for pre-cleaning(which I oil also), my motors run good with no problems, if I service my filters I can find honestly not a spec of dirt, otherwise my K&Ns would be out my back door years ago, I choose reliability far before a few extra hp. I also thought of the trophy trucks in the Baja!!! GOOD POINT there.. Yes the 4 strokes oil filters are for the metal junks of the inner parts wear, nothing to do with filtering sand out of the oil!!

I am sure there was a time that everybody told Passion, FAST and HJR to send it out to "the man"... Instead they started to learn and get experience, of cause now they all have software and stuff... If you're going to just port it once, send them out, if you're going to do it to more motors and LIKE what you're doing, you have to start somewhere...
-
It is a very reliable setup, you will have no problems... Stock conrods can take more punch than a hotrods or wiseco... Hotrods and wiseco are the same thing anyways... that does not give you any reason to worry about, cause stock rods can also fail..

HI there OK I know a dyno is only good for tuning, and they ALL are different as I am in this trade out here in SA.. I just want to compare the power delivery on the different setups, seeing how the dyno graph looks, where it signs off where it start making power, its not about HP... ALL will be different I know! To those who have dyno sheets of stock setups, 4mm, cheetah cubs and cheetahs, RZs post them up please, with their mods.. Doesn't matter what setup you run, as long if it's banshee related.. Please guys it will be interesting to see and compare... Thanks

I sell trail tech vapors.... I had NOTHING but problems with them, I'm telling you I have my 3rd on the bike, I replaced like 100s of speedo "cables" for customers and a few computers, you have to run "R" plugs!! The next step to my vapor is ripping it of my bike!!!! It does have awesome functions, tach is not very accurate but its cool.. I mainly run it for the temp gauge part!!

These are im my country and the Matco is on special, so that' why its cheaper than the craftsman..
-
Cornwell and star products sells a ''master'' Compression tester kit, which is the exactly the same thing and also the same as the one Matco kit... There is no difference between them..
-
Where did you buy the craftsman, do you have a website were I can buy it from, If I may ask, what did you pay for it? I am not in the US, but want to buy online... Thank You
-
HI guys, I am in the market for a new compression tester, I can get 2 brands Matco or Craftsman, the Matco CT110K is currently for a better price... I don't know Matco is this a good brand? Thank you..

Hey guys.. Just got my pwk33s with new cable, installed them, but damn, they kill mu thumb!!! I mean they are very stiff compare to the stock carbs, the routing of the cable is fine, no tight turns or anything.. Is there a replacement spring? Otherwise I will just remove the spring in the thumb and shorten these... Any other suggestions welcome... Thanks

What engine mods do you have? What brand tires and size do you run, great vids!!
-
Just use women silk socks, fold them double, been doing it for years, oil them lightly... works like nothing out there!!!
-
Power valves are spitting gas? Both? One of the floats got stuck maybe..
-
Locktite means nothing if the nut wasn't tightened enough.. That was your problem... Get a new key..

Best soundin pipes which ones?
2strokespirit replied to 907banshee's topic in Jetting & Exhaust Forum
T5s are ugly looking pipes to me, for sound DMCs all the way!!! They make good power also... When your bike is ported and the exhaust port is opened up bigger, you can hear big differences also... -
Sorry but no way... I did a race of 103 miles, 3 loops.. with a IMS long range tank that holds almost 22litres of fuel, I thought I would do the whole race with one tank, I actually can if I go slow, but while racing its sucked gas, it was fast open areas and mostly trails, I used 35litres for the whole race... I almost ran out of fuel on the last lap.. The 10miles on WOT, I don't believe, that bike is way to rich, I don't run WOT but I had to in one Cross Country race for about 8miles and I did almost 40 miles on that tank on the first loop...

I am not going to start any argument... also not going to read the last 10 pages again, but I am sure someone did say there is no way you can climb them bu a razr style tire... just saying, that is were the argument started..
