  1. NICE I am also a RZ freak... love these little 2-strokes...
  2. I use the exact same one, they are very powerfull!!! Snap on makes the exact same one for cheaper!!!! Snap on
  3. Farmer, mostly sheep and has n engine building workshop which is my part time business..
  4. Pro Circuits in my opinion...
  5. I know of a guy that has a set, I rode his banshee, they are a mid-top end pipe, felt like a dmc alien and toomey... I liked their sound also... Nothing wrong with them..
  6. Who in your opinion if I may ask is the Banshee Builders in SA? Not trying to sound funny, there is a few guys on here from SA...? Because the guys telling you to get a cub for trails are insane... Its a flat open road/drag cylinder... You can do trails with it, but with the light switch 70+ stock stroke cub on trials, whats the fun?
  7. Even better news...
  8. The best news is, its much cheaper!!!!! Buy a YFZ450 voltage regulator, much newer than the old RZ regulators...
  9. You still have the old Zeeltronic setup, the new one is a 3in1 all those boxes became 1, few months ago.. Doorslammer, the banshee and Rz pick ups are differant, so in the pas you had to order for your specific stator.. I have the new 3 in 1, I am pretty sure its still the same case..
  10. It is your kicker gear on the inside that does not disingage properly, when you give it revs, it maybe disingage more... It sounds like it... Not a big deal, take it back to your dealer...
  11. You can use Banshee stator with Zeeltronic CDI... Just confirm that you will use a Banshee stator if you order the CDI... I do it that way, casue RZ stators is old and expensive to buy new... Loads of banshee stuff available...
  12. Blueprint...
  13. http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?...=hotrods+wiseco Those pics are 7mm, we ordered 4mm and 7mm turned up... To send them back 20 cranks was way to expensive...
  14. These come already assembled from the factory and welded...
  15. I said I buy them for $180 a piece... I sell them for $350..
  16. It's the truth. One of my suppliers where on tour in Taiwan, he said my mouth will hang open if I see all the differant things that get sold out of 'backdoor'. I can honestly not tell you.. I am sounding like a asshole, BUT it can be the end of my business if someone else tries to do the same or it leaks out.. I even have the blueprint drawing from the factory to tell them what I want, cause 'the guy' don't know what a 4mm longrod is, I have to id them on the drawing for him. These also comes in 117mm longrod, I did not even know one get it till I saw the drawing...
  17. There are 2 componies that I know of in Taiwan that makes cranks for banshees, one of them makes both for wiseco and hotrods, the other one for vitos and some mix and match! Its all from Taiwan, I buy directly @ $180 a 7mm longrod.. All cast.. They do not look as neat, cause they come out the backdoor with the names and numbers removed. I just reweld them, these are reliable and I will not waste my money on a billet one which is expensive as hell.. Run the vitos, their all the same..
  18. I also did get interferance, talking out of personal experience and I do run the 'R' plugs... Loco you have a big problem man, go see someone and talk your heart out... You need it! You piss off a lot of people on here, I don't care what you say to me, but you are one of the guys making this site losing lots of members and I know I am not only speaking for myself. Lets just stop this and behave like grown ups... End of story, I will not respond to any commends..
  19. :-) suppose the transfers is 128-130!
  20. I am also a big fan of PC pipes. I run the same setup with only pwk 33, still very good bottom and good topend. I am curious what exh and transfer duration you run, just for comparison.. I know you would probably don't say, which is fair.. I would love to run my bike against yours to compare the bottom and mids, with my porting which is a low exh and qute high transfer the 33pwks perform better, believe it or not. The software I use showed that even this stock stroke motor with this setups WANTS bigger carbs and the bottom is still killer.. Great post man!
  21. oh, but you still have to switch to DC with the Zeeltronic...
  22. The RZ CDI cannot work with the Banshee stator, not because of the DC voltage, the pick ups are differant and the flywheels also.. BUT buy a zeeltronic cdi and you can run a banshee stator then if you get the controller also you can buy a unit which is one little black box with the cdi, and YPVS controller in one, so YOU DON'T need the Yamaha control box anymore... That unit has so much functions you won't believe it man...
  23. RZ with valves open are at about 198degrees exh duration, thats like a drag port setup, producing much more hp than a stock banshee, the blow down is way off, also, running with the ypvs open and not working, you will have to raise the transfers to get the blow down right, to get a better using powerband.. I swapped my YPVS pulley to the right hand side, involved some machining and tigwelding, there is much more space on that side, the servo motor is mounted on a piece of flat bar which bolts onto the right exhaust bracket, I have a long range fuel tank so there is no other place, except if I get longer cables... You can't see the servo motor, so I like it that way... Also running a zeeltronic cdi which is the new 3 in 1 unit.. Bike has run, but still building a custom set of pipes..
  24. The Zeeltronic ignitions is some of the best around in my opinion (much more functions then a dynatek anyway), a few members on here have them and tons on RD dreams have them, he builds units for almost every 2-stroke, its smaller than n banshee cdi, with so much functions, the one little black box controls the spark, YPVS system if you have it etc, etc, etc with programmable handheld computer, you can program on the field, switch to change curves on the fly... His customer service are the best ever and for me been a builder for about 14 years in my country, I import lots of things from the US, but this is something in its own class, not trying to say yours is not, will never if I don't try it, Like the whole "no switch" design... The units owners manual is in my shop, will get it and share it to you guys...
