if your bogging on the bottom your "fat'. if its breakin up on the top then you need to go up on the main. IMHO with the airbox lid on your main seems close. try leaning out the bottom first, on adjustment at a time. i was running 280's with the lid off and pod filters. the best thing to do is check your plugs.
a coolhead increases the cooling capacity of the motor and it also allows you to change to different size domes in turn changing your compression. go to high on compression and you will need to run race gas..
i have used mirrachrome and house of kolors kosmic chrome, both are very high end chrome paints. they both need to be applied over a polished black surface, then sprayed with mirrachrome or kosmic chrome, then cleared. my point is that any of the chrome paints that are out there that are worth a crap should not be used on a daily driver due to the lack of adhesion. but they both do look incredible!
I used easy off oven cleaner. worked awsome. i put them in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 min then removed them and sprayed them with easy off, turned the oven off, then put them back in for 15 min., wiped them off and rensed with water and they look great. only draw back was the wife came home from work and said how nice i was for cooking dinner till she opened the oven......
