hoping someone can suggest what order and mods i should do to beat a raptor with a trinity kit( cdi header, pipe, and air filter.) the only mods i have done tomy shee is t-5s, 280 jets, filter and haulers as of next week......
hey i live in marysville, and i ride west of the E st track. the owner of the track scott, owners the whole riverbed area. if you stay to the west out of sight they really dont bother you. take it easy through the orchards cause ive heard the same thing about booby traps. there are also some good sandbars out there..
I have an 06 shee with 12 hrs on it, just bougt new toomeys and was wondering if oil on the stinger tips is normal. T-5s 280 main, clip on 4th notch, 60 above sea level. Mixing 32:1with redline..... thanks
thanks for all the replies. Ipulled the lid off and boy what a difference runs like a champ now. front end pulls rightup evenleaning forward. I also noticed that there seems to be a fair amount of oil at the tips of the pipes. is that normal?
I recently bought an 06 banshee, and a t-5 kit from toomey. My problem is that when it hits the powerband the power does not seem to be as strong as when it was stock. i am 60 ft above sea level and i used the suggested 280 jets and needle with the clip on the 4th groove, floats are at 21-22 mm. anyone have any ideas? Thanks
HI, Ijust bought an 06 banshee and ordered a set of toomey t-5s with the filter and jet kit. My question is are there any adjustments to make to the T.O.R.S. for now i do plan on buying the T.O.R.S elimination kit in the future. I just want to get my pipes on for now. thanks......
Iam going to by some toomeys either t-5s or t-6s (undecided), and my question is do you need to do anything to the throttle positioning sensors on the top of the carbs. The local steelership said they need to be adjusted after i jet and addd pipes. How?
:shoothead: Monday night i purchased a 06 shee from a local yamaha dealer. took it home and went on a breakin ride. bike started fine ran for a few minutes then died, let it sit for a few minutes then started and died again. thought it was a fuel delivery problem...it turned out that the dealer filled it with straight gas, and it gets worse they also put 2 stroke oil in the coolant resivoir. Any way got a new bike today told them that i would mix my own fuel, and the tight wads wouldnt even comp me a gas can.... :: :: ::
