i got my ac front bumper and wide rear grab bar today and guess what?????
the mounting tabs on BOTH are at least 3/4 of a inch too narrow on each side :: ::
i will NEVER buy another AC Racing product again ever

I could see one being off by a little bit but BOTH ?????? WTF????

well builder called tonight and told me the lower half of the motor is basically screwed.
i fucked it all up putting it back together.... :: ::
well to make a long story short i need a good lower case half and a good shape stock crank A.S.A.P!!

been there a few times.....the limit is just like silver lake.....98 DB
and spark arrestors.
ive never been db tested there but ive seen them test others
those will work fine here in MI all they do at most is put a stick in the end of the pipes....
way better then 160.00

i was at A&S racing today and Dan himself told me that i shouldnt do the billet impeller becaust the shaft wears out where the o rings contact it and when the shaft grooves bad enough the coolarnt goes in to the trans oil.....dont have proof on this its just what i was told by one of the most respectable builders in the buisness

im buying ride height adjustable tcs shocks for mine......and having them convert my rear to a dual rate 0 preload so it will also have true ride height adj......the lower you get the bike to the ground the better it will be in the turns....you can achieve this in many ways but i like the adj ride height shock option so i can trail ride as well as flat track the bike
well i got some more done in the last few days not quite in rolling chassis yet but real close
hopefully i will have the motor,shocks,wheels and tires,and pipes all by feb 1st

i have a quad tech seat cover i just took off my bike......has about a 1 1/2 inch tear in the back on the right side....its in my sig pic....almost all black,silver stripe,blue around the back....

well i read the whole article...and from what i read sony is loosing 300.00 us per playstation 3 console

so actually i could see them loosing there ass right now.....
my 01 banshee went 5 years on the stock top end......
i wouldnt let it go that long personally.....i bought the bike used and pulled the stock pistons out myself 3 months ago
i would say do a top end every other season
the best way to tell is every so often do a compression check
i believe if its under 115 psi per cyl. its at least time for rings/hone (some one chime in if im wrong)
you dont have to change pistons every time you do rings unless the cyl. is tapered or torn up from something breaking
well 1 thing i do know......dont even show up with out a sway bar
and hoosier or american racer rear tires make all the difference in the world
