  1. i trust Dan 100% also thats why he built my motor.... still cant believe the numbers he got out of my lil 350 stock cyl motor with stock carbs and pump gas and everything hes has said has been excatly what i have done and its a rocket.....dude knows his shit!!! Dan

    i got the dual rate remote rezzie fronts and converted dual rate rear stocker from tcs.......huge difference in all areas and the service i recieved was top notch....way better then the people treated me at works or elka Dan

  4. i dont run front fenders on any quad ive had since my blaster,because i flipped over backwards and my left foot got hooked in the fender and i couldnt get away from the bike......over backwards 3x broken hip 8 mos on crutches......lol thats why i cut mine Dan

  8. well i can tell ya im getting 68.7 hp out of a set of stock cyls with a&s port work and thats with +4 timing and 94 oct. pump gas and stock carbs....... killer numbers IMO for stock cyls. Dan
  9. blasters are a cakewalk to do a top end on.....no liquid cooling and just one cyl. this is my blaster before it was stolen....
  10. thats how i did mine man.........just call alba and tell them u need 2 of the screen and sticker kits for spark arresters......they were like 15.00 a piece and worked great Dan

  12. i run 94 octane pump gas with +4 timing and .040 off stock head
  13. i would start at about a 260 and go from there most are 220 stock and pipe is at least 2 sizes and the air filter is prolly 1 to 2 sizes hope this helps Dan
  14. you can also do what i did for sparkys..... call alba and order 2 of there 15.00 kits ....comes with 1 screen and 1 usfs approved spark arrestor sticker cut the screens down a lil,pull ur end caps off and put em in and put the stickers on....way better then 80 a piece for toomey sparkys Dan

  16. bull gap is a ball.....i call it atv paradise...just for the fact its the only place in lower mi that you can ride down the side of the road to the gas station,bar....etc and the cops wave at you as the drive by. i just got back from harrison (leota trails) been in the door like an hour... the trail system there is awesome except for the fact that the trails are a lil whooped out...   20. hey dave i think im in for the 4th weekend too...... i think im with the other guy who like the smell of campfires and the flashin chicks.....lol just got the bike all done and dynoed.......65.7 to the wheels on pump gas and +4 timing boy was dan @ a&s cussin out my bike....lmao he hates dynoing stockers cant wait to meet you and the rest of the michigan Hq crew if anyone is close to lansing and wants to maybe split gas or whatnot get with me i have a s-10 blazer and a single trailer.......would work well if someone has a truck and bringing just one bike hopefully i can borrow a set of paddles as i havent been able to get my haulers yet. oh and I wanna be flag man for the bikini race.....LMAO!!!   21. im on 94 oct pump gas with mine at +4 degrees, and 40 off the head the low end on mine is awesome,but the lil bit of port work a&s did helped too like i said in my last post 66.7 hp to the wheels on pump gas and stock carbs if you have a sunoco station thats about the best pump gas around IMO Dan
  22. youre looking for a trail tech vapor computer.......it has tach,speedo,and temp sensor that goes in the coolant line they mount to the bars and have shift lights and backlighting there like 119.00 from RMATV only draw back is you need a small battery for the shift lights and back lighting to work to full potential....   23. well i have t5's and no lid with a pro flow setup and k&n im 850-900 ft above sea level i have 280's in mine and im 40 over with pro lites, 40 off stock head,and light port work from a&s (raised port timings a lil) mine did almost 66 hp to the wheels.... i think 270-280 will be spot on for you and as far as being cheaper to just go buy the jets from the local steelership yes it will be one other thing i would suggest is a set of dyno jet needles......set them in the third clip postition and i think you will be spot on and very happy with the result.   24. you will need....teather,nerfs,full riding gear(boots,pants,jersey,helmet,goggles,gloves and a chest protector) and also i suggest using saftey wire on your grips....had bad issue with grip slip last year untill i started using saftey wire. as far as the bike goes get it as low as possible,and as wide as possible,get a good set of hoosier or american racer tires all around. and track depending, an anti-sway bar. and take this from experiance.... i know it looks gay but tuck your jersey in to your race pants.....helps a lil with road rash if you do happen to go down.....
