  2. that is why i been tryn to do it myself. and o am very thank fully to everyone that helped me. ya i do a lot of trail, railroad track, streets and some sand pits and love drag.
  3. ok got some good news droped the needle all the way down with the 148's now burbbling at all but now one side is running a little better then the other like not in sync. so going to take it tomorrow i think to a friends shop and try to get it better. thank god you i am glad it is almost done.
  4. i did see one once with back seats don't know if someone did it there self or if it was a kit but ya 4 ppl is still a lot if you hit a good size mud hole it is not going anywere unless u get some good tires and maybe some more power. and don't forget about those shocks don't killem.
  5. look here i know you need the kill switch you can get ride of everythign but thing stuff and voltage regulater it looks like you do need. btu you can get ride of all your lights
  6. i am not sure but do you need your voltage regulater/refractor to keep the biek running i see that missing. also red and black should be connected to the ground black.

  8. i am using 93 octane i am between sea level and 500 feet. so 4500ft is way above were i am. and as far as going up with my pilot i am like dead on maybe a little rich. my main i think i am still rich as a mofo. i am going to try and advance my timing tomorrow to plus 4 and see what happens. as far as going up on my jets i don't think that will be good the lower i go the better it seems to get. but i will try it with what i got and see.
  9. what is your elevation and temps you ride in. my idel seems realy good but everything elsa is rich it seems. this is what i am running. pilots 42 1 1/2 turns out mains are 148's needle cgl 3rd clip and still playn with it. i am at sea lever to around 500 feet and temp is around 20-50 right now.
  10. i went out there today to find out about the wiren and check everything. after i did all that adn everything looked right i decided to try and start it again and see what happen. it started rigth up turned the chokes off and it ran mit like i could give it wot and didn't stall for like teh first min or two then it started to do that same thing just shut right off. so i think it is my needle, needle clip and main jet.
  11. ok i been outside playn with it and got the switch to work they were just back words on the switch. so that is all set. so i started it up and it ran pisser for like min or 2 till it got warm then anything more then 1/4 it dies. so that means my wireing is fine right. tryn to make sure that all the tors i took off nothing had to me jumped to some were elsa for it to run right. and if that is the case that mean i it is my main and my needle right. here is a post that i been doing as i been jetting it. brian has been helping me a lot. so you can see and if everything is ok like it seems and i removed the tors right i got to go back to changing my mains and moven my needle around. http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=87414
  12. hey your running the same carbs as me and mine are on a stock motor. i am at sea lever and right now my pilot is 42 and my mains are 148 cgl needle on 3rd clip and still a rich. i got to lean mine out more still. for a rough idea. i would keep tryn to get them to work. but if you are on stock just and stock head with out port job you are way to rich. i been fighting with mine for the past month of being to rich and going leaner little by little.

Ok i know there are a bunch of posts on here i have the wire diagram from the web sit and everything. i took everything to do with my tores off. but not sure if it is right. more so need a dubble check. tores on carbs took off and took the wires right off the harness. the black box i unpluged and took the wires off right were they conect to the harness. also took all the wires off from the thrrotle and out of wire harness. now the on off switch were the lights are don't work but the key still does. not a big deal just want to make sure this is right. if some one had pics of what they did would be great. tryn to jet my quad and at half throttle it keeps shutting off. it idels realy nice not sure if it is because of a circit that is not completed or something. if just undoing the wires at the harness is right please let me know. or was i suppose to jump two wires to complete it. and help would be great thanks Erik
  14. i have been leting it run and i pulled the plug and they are pertty wet not fludded wet but wet enough that it has a shine to it. they are used plugs i am surprised they still work after all of this i will put a new set in today and see what happens.i had someone set the flots for me i think it was suppose to be 16mm i think forgot what it says in the book. probely should check that again.
  15. hey i just got back in my dad came out and tryed to help a little and this is what we got. pilots 42's mains 148's needle 3rd clip this is were it is ruinning the best so far with out going below that but still not good enough to ride. kind of like it wants to go leaner. from about little over 1/8-1/4 throttle to 1/2 it still brakes up liek kind of rich. also been plain with syncing the carbs because from changing and moven things it kind of changed. before the left was messing up and now it is kind of like the right is messing up with less smoke. what should i do now.
  16. i love my front cut. and colors is your opinion. i don't like yellow myself but if you do then you shoud ldo it.
  17. ok i started it up today after moven the clips one to the blunt end. keeps back firing and braking up like it is still rich. so i put some 148 in with the clip on 2nd. and my left side keeps mis fireing or something like no smoke will come out then smoke tryed to see if they were in sync and it looks it to the eye. i have no clue what to even do anymore. and it is so nice out to be riden right now too. what should i do. it also seemed to be running a lot better with the needle on the 3rd clip then on the second.
  18. if you were going to put just one light you would just hook up one side and get ride of the other. it would just send all the watts to one place instead of two as far as i know. but if i am wrong i am sure someone on here will say it.
  19. i will do changed the clip on the needls today but started to poor and thunder and lightning so didn't bother trynt o take it for a fast run up and down the street but if it is nice out tomorrow i will. and will post with tht happen. i know i will have ot do a plug chop or at least pull them out and cheack them. but i realy apreciate all the help.
  20. ya i saw them i am not realy a flames person was going to do a skin graphics kit but don't realy know and can't find the off red kit. but there was a nice set of yellow and black at the botom of that page for yours shee.
