had the same thing happen with my cases and i even used heat before i started doing it. i ended up drilling them out and putting heali coils in my 4 outter ones they will hold just when you put the new studs in don't suck them down tight because u cna pull the coil out just finger tight is enough and the nut up top will do all the tightning u need. o and pb blast waste of time unless it is nut and bolt i tried it didn't do shit. and i let it sit over night soaked in it.

sounds like time for rebuild. make sure you get your self a manual for putting it together and make sure you have the jugs ported if they can be saved. maybe a 4mill crank if yours is junk.

do a leak down test and that was you will know for sure. then use soap and water on outside to see if it is a outside leak or inside.

I also have a cometic head gasket for a stock head new pulled it out of the package i got to rebuild my motor that i will sell with the head. so if you want the head and gasket 40shipped gasket kit said it was good for up to a 65.5mm head/pistons.

Sounds like it could be a few things. i know it happen to a friend and he didn't want to pull apart so just flushed a lot of oil through it and it has been fine but not something i would do. whip everything down dry and watch and see were get's wet first and start from there to see were it is coming from.

what he said or any other kind of silicone to keep water tight. i used a little house hole silicone and it worked great.
