I have rapped my manifold and down pipe to keep the under hood temps down. it does make your pipes look like shit because it melts to the pipes. wouldn't do it on a everyday car that sees water or wanything like that because of holding water. never heard of it voiding warnety but maybe it has. but still don't see a reason of doing it on a quad it is all open and gets a lot of air when riden. but i been seeing a lot of street bikes with turboson them and they have there pipes rapped. i wouldn't do it on a quad but a car/truck i would. hope this helps you out any.

Ok gues i have my cases a part and want to have them pc gloss black. want to know wha ti should be looking to spend for pc and is there anyone close to me that does it. willing to do a little drive if need meet half way or something. make them smaller and try to post one at a time. right click on file click edit with paint or what ever and make the size smaller. then should work.

you do got to go bigger on the main but still need a plug chop or at least need to look at it realy good don't have to cut it. i would get rid of the lid if you know you wont be going to a water hole any time soon. also if you put a 43 in the back your taken aways from your top end and the bike wont go faster you will just slow it down. fix the jettign first then play with the gears. as far as your main i would try 280 for main maybe 285. but someone on here i am sure will post more to what i have told ya.

post what is done what you have for carbs and what jets and needles are in them for us to help you. also elevation and temp. but if it is bogging that sounds like to rich to me.

Ok i am not tryn to be a ass now sorry if you take it this way some of you. I have never heard of over carbing or over sizing a fucking throttle body or anything on a motor. were are us pulling this out your ass from. i have build cars before and don't a bunch of things. i just have to jet lower then someone with a bunch os shit done to theres. and so you know there is some ppl on here with 35mm pwk's on a stock motor and theres runs mint just so you all know. my quad ripes after half throttle every shoot so far sitll playn with it. also right now my pilots are the size of someone that has a 4mill on there buike and i got stocke went and playd with it more today and from what it is telling me i am still to fat on my pilot jet. sorry i flipped out but it just has me pissed and some ppl don't know there ass from there elbow. and use that know me know i am not talking about you.
