Kentucky is going to be a higher elevation than ohio so the air will be thinner and therefor you will be running rich. Downsize the main and get a different pilot in there. Where are you getting the bogging? Down low?
Carb cleaning vid. I show the choke tube in it. Sounds like you need to figure out some better specs on the quad then ask questions, no im not trying to be a dick.
Carbs and air filter clean? Heres a vid on carb cleaning/float setting. How do the plugs look? Stock pilots with those mods seem off do you have them turned all the way in?
This is the setup im thinking will be perfect. Thanks for the reply. Definitely need the 27.5's as the air screw is all the way in. The 270's seem to give it a huge jump in power so may be a little lean. Ill pick up some 280's as well Thank you!
Thank you for trying to help but there setups are not even close to mine. Different air filters, no lid on the box or running K&N pods, and no .030 over bore.
Not knowing how to jet a carb and not knowing which jet to start with are completely different.
I checked for a simUlar post and everyone is running fmf's toomeys dmc's and everything else. No luck with Pro circuits so I figured id just ask. Bash me some more for trying to help.
By ports they mean intake and exhaust ports and no you do not have to get them rechambered. You just have to get a bore and hone done on your cylinders. Itll probably need a minimum of 0.0020-0.0030 taken off. Heres a vid to give you a hand if u need it.
