  1. 4 mill, pro circuit pipes, stock carbs, modded air box with lid, K&N, bored .0030 wiseco's. head shaved .0030, running 94 oct 40:1, +4 timing A 290 is spot on at 70 degrees, if i ride around 30-40 degrees whats a good starting point to bump the jets to. 320-330 im thinking?
  2. Rebuild vid series. Check out some of my other vids too if you want.
  3. 4 mil's are amazing. Nice over all power for any riding condition. You will need the 795 series wiseco pistons, might as well replace the trans bearings while you are in there. I have a full bottom end rebuild video series in the link in my signature. Torque specs and everything included if you are interested.
  4. The additional cost to upgrade to a 4 mill is well worth it. I think it runs $100 or so more. You just need the head cut or a spacer plate. Then you have to pay an additional like 30-40$ for the crank.
  5. Compare the new clutch cable to the old on and see if there is a huge difference in length. Also as mentioned above check that your pressure plate markings are lined up with the clutch basket. LInk in my signature has a how to vid covering clutch assembly.
  6. Agreed ^ However I tried ultra black RTV on my last build and its holding up great!
  7. Heres my entire rebuild... Might wanna consider the timing plate mod and shift star mod while u have it apart.... I have vids on the shift star mod and timing plate mod just check my channel. I can only put two links here...
  8. lol at the vid Heres me jumping (Blue shee)
  9. Hold it wide open throttle with the compression gauge attached and kick it over 5-6 times.
  10. Double check that everything is lined up and then sand it... I put a dab of RTV on the key before the install too so itll seal a little better.
  11. I have teardown and rebuild vids on my youtube page if you need help with the rebuild...
  12. Do you have a magnetic drain plug? Sometimes the magnet comes loose and sticks in the shift drum.... Other possibilities would be a bent or broken shift fork....
  13. Definitely leaning out or could be moisture if the air filter is wet.... Check for intake and exhaust leaks as well as a leak down test.
  14. Clean the carb. Heres a vid. Wouldnt hurt to check the compression either.
  15. Its really easy, just use the suggestions above. Label everything and you will be golden...
  16. Sounds electrical... I guess a broken coil or loose wiring..
